Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method and apparatus for sending and receiving data in a wireless communication system. More specifically, a method for sending and receiving, by UE, data in an unlicensed band in a wireless communication system may include performing blind detection for detecting a predetermined specific signal transmitted by an eNB in a cell of an unlicensed band and determining a period in which the signal is detected through the blind detection to be a reserved resource period (RRP) which is a time period secured for the transmission and reception of data in the cell of the unlicensed band.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for allocating resources for a machine type communication user equipment (MTC UE) in a wireless communication system is provided. A base station indicates a transport block size (TBS) directly, adapts a code rate according to repetition numbers across multiple subframes in a MTC physical downlink shared channel (M-PDSCH) for the MTC UE, and allocates resources for the M-PDSCH by using the indicated transport block size and the adapted code rate. The TBS may be determined based on a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) only.

Abstract: A method for receiving Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) in a user equipment (UE) from a base station (BS) in a wireless communication system. In the method, the UE receives information for at least one control resource set (CORESET) and information for a CORESET not used for the PDSCH among the CORESET. Furthermore, the UE receives the PDSCH in resources other than the CORESET not used for the PDSCH. In other words, the PDSCH is not mapped into the CORESET not used for the PDSCH. In addition, a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) for the PDSCH is received in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol after the at least one CORESET when a region for PDSCH overlaps a region for the at least one CORESET.

A user equipment (UE) transmits a first PHR for a first carrier group, which is configured by a first eNodeB (eNB), to a second eNB; and transmitting a second PHR for a second carrier group, which is configured by the second eNB, to the first eNB. The first PHR and the second PHR include a PHR for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) regardless of whether simultaneous transmission of the PUCCH and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) is configured or not.

The PDSCH can be transmitted to the user equipment starting from subframe n+k, which is the kth subframe after the last subframe n−1 in the first subframe bundle, wherein k is an integer bigger than 0. The first subframe bundle may begin from a predetermined or fixed position.

Abstract: The disclosure of the present specification provides a method for receiving a downlink control channel in a machine type communication (MTC) device configured to operate in only a partial band of the system band of a cell. The method may comprise the steps of: considering the number of physical resource block (PRB) pairs, to which a downlink control channel can be mapped, to be one of 2, 4, and 8; when the considered number of PRB pairs is greater than the number of PRB pairs to which the downlink control channel is actually mapped, determining that the downlink control channel is not included in PRB pairs except the number of PRB pairs to which the downlink control channel is actually mapped; and receiving the downlink control channel in only as many PRB pairs as the number of PRB pairs to which the downlink control channel is actually mapped, on the basis of the determination.
