摘要: The present invention relates to data transmission/reception methods using a polar coding scheme, and devices for supporting same. The method for transmitting data by using polar coding in a wireless access system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of deriving Bhattacharyya parameters according to data bits input for finding noise-free channels among equivalent channels; allocating data payloads comprising data bits and cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits to the found noise-free channels; inputting the data payloads into a polar encoder; and transmitting code bits output by the polar encoder, wherein the CRC bits may be allocated to better noise-free channels, among the noise-free channels indicated by the Bhattacharyya parameters, than the data bits.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for a terminal controlling uplink power in the wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: configuring an uplink subframe (UL SF) of a first set and a UL SF of a second set; receiving a downlink control information (DCI) format including a bitmap for indicating transmit power control (TPC) for a plurality of terminals; and controlling transmit power of an uplink channel by using TPC information on the terminals from the bitmap, wherein the TPC information is used for controlling transmit power of an uplink channel transmitted from the UL SF of the first set when the DCI format comprises a first identifier, and the TPC information is used for controlling transmit power of an uplink channel transmitted from the UL SF of the second set when the DCI format comprises a second identifier.

The PDSCH can be transmitted to the user equipment starting from subframe n+k, which is the kth subframe after the last subframe n−1 in the first subframe bundle, wherein k is an integer bigger than 0. The first subframe bundle may begin from a predetermined or fixed position.
