摘要： Complexes of herbicidal carboxylic acids and amine-containing polymers or oligomers are provided. These herbicidal complexes are useful for controlling unwanted plant growth. The herbicidal complexes have low solubility in water, low volatility relative to commercial compositions of the corresponding herbicidal carboxylic acids, and offer similar or improved herbicidal performance when compared to existing salts of the herbicidal carboxylic acids.

摘要： A connector assembly includes a connector and two screws. The connector includes a main body, a cable connected to a rear side of the main body, and a connection portion protruding from a front side of the main body. Two threaded holes are defined in opposite ends of the main body, respectively. Two resilient fixing portions protrude from the rear side of the main body. A through hole is defined in each of the fixing portions. The screws are detachably received into the corresponding through holes of the fixing portions, and operable to mount the connector to an object by extending through the threaded holes to engage with the object.

摘要： A computer includes a motherboard, a chassis to receive the motherboard, a peripheral component interconnect (PCI) card perpendicularly connected to the motherboard, a fan, and a fixing bracket. The chassis includes a fixing portion in parallel to the motherboard. The fixing bracket includes a base board defining an opening and a fixing element connected to the base board. The fan is mounted to the base board with a first side of the fan facing the opening, the base board is parallel to the PCI card, with a second side of the fan opposite to the first side facing the PCI card. Positions of the fasteners in the corresponding first slots are adjustable, to adjust a position that the fan is located on the base board. The assembly of the fan and the fixing bracket is used to improve cooling efficiency for the PCI card.

摘要： A method for preparing hydroxymethylfurfural, which includes: a) mixing and dissolving triose or its derivatives and solvent 1 to obtain the first reaction mixture; b) reacting the obtained first reaction mixture with Alkaline Catalyst 1 to condense into hexose; c) mixing and dissolving the resulting hexose and solvent 2 to obtain the second reaction mixture; d) adding acid catalyst 2 to the second reaction mixture, then heating the second reaction mixture at 80˜280° C. to form the third reaction mixture including hydroxymethylfurfural; e) obtaining the hydroxymethylfurfural separating by separating from the third mixture. The method is a new synthetic way for preparing 4-hydroxymethylfurfural and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural.

摘要： Various aspects disclosed herein disclose mesocapsules that include active ingredients such as agriculturally active ingredients including various fungicides, insecticides, miticides, herbicides, safeners and modifiers of plant physiology or structure. These mesocapsules are comprised of a polyurea shell and include hydrophilic groups on their surfaces. These mesocapsules have a volume-average diameter of about 500 nm or less and some of them have a volume-average diameter on the order of about 300 nm or less. These mesocapsules are especially well suited for delivering active ingredients that are not very soluble in water, many of these compounds have solubility values in the range of 1,000 ppm or less. Methods for making these mesocapsules include interfacial polycondensation reactions carried out in the presence of surfactants such as sodium dodecyl sulfate and another method in which all or most of the surfactant is replaced by adding amino acids to the aqueous phase of the interfacial reaction mixture before forming the final emulsion.
