Abstract:
A trampoline has a safety bag that prevents a user from damaging a pole to which the safety bag is attached, or to a safety system comprising an enclosure wall or net for the trampoline; and a safety device where the weight may be distributed. The safety bag is multi-adjustable for density, firmness, and weight at different contact locations on the safety bag through internal adaptations, and the safety bag is additionally able to absorb contact and impact force in a manner that disperses and distributes impact energy in a manner protecting the user from unwanted contact or injury with the trampoline, and to reduce unwanted movement of the trampoline to weakened ground contact.
Abstract:
A free standing fight simulation workout machine has a fight simulation headed/multi-headed, with or without arms, member that is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation headed member for a free standing fight simulation workout apparatus has at least one main support structure having a mounting means. The headed member comprises at least one head terminating at an elongated neck. When present, the arms are arranged to extend from or come out of different areas of said head, face and/or neck. Preferably, multiple heads are provided. The headed member includes a top mating mounting portion and the neck bottom includes a bottom mating mounting adapted to mount on bungee cords mounted through mounting means on the workout apparatus. The head or heads and protruding arms provide various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.
Abstract:
Strand-filled punching bags including punching bags filled with a plurality of strands made from a variety of possible materials are disclosed. In some examples, the strand-filled punching bag includes a sheath that extends to and contacts a surface located below the punching bag, such as a floor, and is equipped with an additional abrasion sheath to help control the swing characteristics of the punching bag. In some further examples, the strand-filled punching bag includes a shorter sheath that does not contact the surface below the punching bag, and thus lacks an additional abrasion sheath.
Abstract:
A swivel joint system for hanging a heavy punching bag from an overhead support has a swivel joint defining at least first and second perpendicular pivot axes and a hanging shaft having a lower end pivotally connected to the universal joint for rotation about the first pivot axis and an upper end configured for rotatable attachment to an overhead support for free rotation about a third pivot axis. A hanging tube is pivotally connected to the universal joint for rotation about the second pivot axis, and releasably secured to a mounting plate. A plurality of attachment members are rigidly attachable at spaced locations around the mounting plate to surround the hanging tube and configured for attachment to straps at the upper end of a heavy punching bag.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a multi-training function air-water punching bag structure that comprises one inner bladder, one external bag, at least one set of handles, at least two sets of first suspenders, and at least one set of second suspenders. The inner bladder respectively contains liquid and air simultaneously. Users can adjust the volume of the liquid and air according to the needs of training and the tactile feel of the punches. The external bag integrates the handle set or the first set of suspenders and the second set of suspenders to reach the effect of multi-training functions.

Abstract:
A portable exercise apparatus retention mechanism with a base platform, an exercise apparatus retainer, and at least one extendible and retractable retaining structure fixed to the base platform with first and second end portions for engaging first and second opposed surfaces when at least one of the end portions is extended. A sub-panel can be secured to the base structure with a central portion of the retaining structure disposed therebetween. The retention mechanism can retain an exercise apparatus, such as a speed bag. The end portions can have contoured flanges. A supplementary engaging mechanism with extended and retracted positions can project laterally from the base platform. The supplementary engaging mechanism could comprise first and second members pivotally coupled to the base platform.
Abstract:
Some embodiments of the present disclosure include a portable fitness studio for creating an open air workout space that is mobile. The portable fitness studio may include a shell having a pair of side panels and a pair of end panels, wherein at least one of the pair of side panels is an openable panel configured to create an open-air workout space when positioned in an open configuration; fitness equipment mounted within and stored within the shell; and a power source operatively attached to the shell, wherein the power source is configured to provide power to the portable fitness studio. The portable fitness studio may be sized and shaped similar to a conventional shipping container, such that the portable fitness studio is configured to be transported using conventional methods for transporting shipping containers.
Abstract:
An inflatable bag is selectively usable as one of a buoy and a punching bag. The inflatable bag is inflated depending on the selected use, and the inflating is practiced differently depending on the use decision. When it is decided to use the bag as a punching bag, the bag is suspended, and the bag is inflated with water. An inflatable bag member and kit includes components suitable for the selected use.
