摘要: A process and composition of matter for the treatment of mortar or concrete which includes fly ash containing carbon, for the purpose of increasing air entrainment. A small quantity of a soluble alkaline earth oxide is added to the mortar or concrete at the time of mixing. The material is added in form which is immediately available to inhibit the air-adsorptive properties of the carbon in the fly ash.

摘要: A high compressive strength concrete is disclosed. The concrete is formed by mixing with water a general-use cement, dolomitic limestone as a low-silica manufactured fine aggregate, and from about 5 to 15 percent by weight, based on the manufactured fine aggregate, of a precipitate comprising CaO-MgO from the gaseous effluent from a kiln burning dolomitic limestone, and curing the mixture.

摘要: An ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) with waste brick powder and preparation method and application thereof are provided, which relates to the technical field of concrete. The preparation method includes the following steps: stimulating activity of a brick powder by a method of mechanically stimulating activity to obtain waste brick powder; and preparing UHPC according to a mass ratio of cement to waste brick powder of 5:5-7:3 to obtain the UHPC with waste brick powder. The UHPC is prepared by treating waste bricks from construction waste (mechanically stimulating activity) to make waste brick powder with activity, therefore partially replacing cement. The UHPC is applied in a construction field.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength concrete includes lignin, recycled fine powder, cement, water, sand, gravels and a water reducing agent. The recycled fine powder is recycled fine powder of discarded concrete, and is prepared by separating solid waste of discarded buildings, then performing impurity removal and crushing processing, and grinding same by a ball mill into dust with a particle size of less than 0.16 mm. The lignin is discarded wood lignin, which is prepared by crushing the wood, stirring and extracting a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 5% for 1 to 2 hours at the temperature of 80 DEG C. to obtain a black lignin alkali solution, adding a hydrochloric acid solution with a mass concentration of 30% into the alkali solution for stirring, and making the pH reduced to 7.0 for standing and layering.
