Abstract:
The present invention relates to a supporting module with waterproof seal for vehicle doors mainly comprised of a flexible laminar element (2) that can establish a waterproof seal between the wet and dry sides of the door (1), also meant to facilitate the mounting tasks of each component. The flexible laminar element has a sufficient supporting capacity to allow a preliminary mounting on it of the various door components for a subsequent installation of the entire assembly on the door in a single operation; however, the strength and structural capacities of the door continue to rely on its reinforcements and ribs, and not on the flexible laminar element, thereby allowing a cheaper and simpler laminar element and assembly as a whole.
Abstract:
A door system (10) used in connection with an opening defined by a pair of jambs (11) and a laterally extending header (12) connecting the jambs, the door system including, a pair of tracks (15) mountable on the jambs, the tracks having a vertical track section (16) running adjacent the jambs, wherein a space (25) is defined between the tracks and the jambs along at least a portion of their length, a door (D) mounted for movement on the tracks and movable between an open position and a closed position, and a shield (30) mounted laterally outward of the tracks and adjacent thereto, the shield extending rearward from the jamb and overlying at least a portion of the tracks along the length of the vertical track section, wherein the overlying portion of the shield contacts the vertical track section along the length thereof.
Abstract:
A rail structure for doors comprises a track rail body (3) which supports the door wheels (4) which are attached to a door (6) and freely roll on the track rail body (3), a load support member (2) which is extended along the track rail body (3) and supports the track rail body (3) from the bottom side, a cushion member (7) which is disposed between the track rail body (3) and the load support member (2) and absorbs the vibration from the track rail body (3). A convexo-concave fitting part (8) which performs convexo-concave fitting is formed on the bottom surface of the track rail body (3) and on the upper surface of the load support member (2) via the cushion member (7). Purposes of the invention are to prevent vibrations caused by the running of the door wheels (4) from being transmitted to building, and to improve the efficiency of replacement operations for the track rail body (3), and to lower the cost.
Abstract:
A mounting device for mounting a cable-operated window regulator for a vehicle to an inner panel of the vehicle, the cable-operated window regulator includes a guide rail for guiding a window glass; a reversible winding unit for raising and lowering the window glass by winding and rewinding at least one cable which is wound on upper and lower guide members provided at upper and lower ends of the guide rail, respectively; upper and lower fixing member which are integrally formed with upper and lower ends of the guide rail, respectively; and a service hole formed on the inner panel. The lower fixing member is fixed to an outer surface of the inner panel near a lower edge of the service hole. The upper fixing member is fixed to an inner surface of the inner panel near an upper edge of the service hole.
Abstract:
A guide assembly guides a glass pane into a panel body of a vehicular door. The door includes an upper door guide and a lower door guide provided in a vertically spaced relation to the upper door guide. A guide portion extending outward from the lower door guide is provided at an upper end of the lower the guide assembly.

Abstract:
A window lifter includes at least one panel, a rail for guiding a slider, and a lower attachment of the lower end of the rail to the panel able selectively to cause the rail to slide transversely with respect to the panel, and a one-piece upper attachment of the upper end of the rail to the panel able to cause the upper end of the rail to pivot with respect to the panel about a longitudinal axis. The window lifter makes it possible to reduce the number of parts in a window lifter and makes it easier to assemble.
Abstract:
A single-piece track clamping holder for mounting a track of a sliding door system on a substrate includes a track receiver formed as a single piece and having a track receiving opening profiled to extend around more than half the circumference of a track, the track receiver having a wall bounding the receiving opening, and at least one clamping opening in the side of the wall facing the substrate. A clamping device received in each clamping opening can be acted on so that the holder is non-positively clamped to both the track and the substrate.
Abstract:
The device comprises a screw which turn allows adjusting the distance between the rail of the power window device and the inner portion of the door and it is surrounded, at an end thereof, by a first adjusting through block and formed integral to the door of the motor vehicle, and a second adjusting block for roughly adjusting or tightening the thread inwardly which is fixed to the power window device, the opposed end of said screw being threadingly received to the rail of the power window device. It allows adjusting of the window pane in a very simple manner, with a highly reduced cost of production and with a considerably strong mechanism which, in turn, allows a fine adjustment of the lateral distance of the assembly of the power window device.
Abstract:
A sliding door for selectively opening and closing an opening is disclosed. The door comprises a first guide track defining a first linear guide path and a second guide track defining a second linear guide path. The second guide track is spaced from the first guide track. The door further comprises a door panel having a top edge, a bottom edge, a leading edge and a trailing edge. The door panel is adapted to translate laterally relative to the opening between a closed position and an open position. A first portion of the door panel is attached to the first guide track and a second portion of the door panel is attached to the second guide track.
