    摘要: A method for warming the rotor of a gas turbine during extended periods of downtime comprising feeding ambient air to an air blower; extracting compressed air from the air blower; feeding a portion of the compressed air to one side of a heat exchanger and steam (typically saturated) from e.g. a gas turbine heat recovery steam generator; passing the resulting heated air stream from the exchanger into and through into defined flow channels formed within the rotor; continuously monitoring the air temperature inside the rotor; and controlling the amount of air and steam fed to the heat exchanger using a feedback control loop that controls the amount of air and steam feeds to the exchanger and/or adjusts the flow rate of heated air stream into the rotor.

    摘要: A turbine rotor includes a high- and low-temperature side rotor base materials. The high- and low-temperature materials include concavities and grooves. The turbine rotor has an enclosed space formed by the concavity of the high- and low-temperature materials being disposed opposingly, and a gap formed by the grooves of the high- and low-temperature materials being disposed opposingly. The turbine rotor contains a buildup welding section formed between the high- and low-temperature materials, which has the same composition as that of the high- or low-temperature material, and has a penetration bead on the enclosed space side, and the gap contains a weld metal filled therein. Thus, a stable penetration bead can be formed in a dissimilar material welded rotor combining two kinds of alloy materials with different thermal properties, and then generation of a non-welded portion of a butting section that becomes a start point of fracture can be suppressed.

At least one raised section is formed on one face of the flow guide unit opposite to the receiving space. A motor set is disposed in the receiving space. When the motor set operates, the annular body and the flow guide unit are driven to rotate around the axis of a shaft rod. At this time, airflow is conducted through the raised section into the receiving space to dissipate the heat generated by the motor set. Accordingly, the temperature of the motor set can be effectively lowered to prolong the lifetime of the motor set.
