摘要: A power transmitter for wireless power transfer includes a control and communications unit configured to provide power control signals to control a power level of a power signal configured for transmission to a power receiver and including a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal generator for determining and selecting the operating frequency from the operating frequency range. The power transmitter further includes an inverter circuit configured to receive a direct current (DC) power and convert the input power to a power signal, coil configured to transmit the power signal to a power receiver, the coil formed of wound Litz wire and including at least one layer, the coil defining, at least, a top face, and a shielding comprising a ferrite core and defining a cavity, the cavity configured such that the ferrite core substantially surrounds all but the top face of the coil.

摘要: A carry case for an electronics-enabled eyewear device, such as smart glasses, has charging contacts that are movable relative to a storage chamber in which the eyewear device is receivable. The charging contacts are connected to a battery carried by the case for charging the eyewear device via contact coupling of the charging contacts to corresponding contact formations on an exterior of the eyewear device. The charging contacts are in some instances mounted on respective flexible walls defining opposite extremities of the storage chamber. The contact formations on the eyewear device are in some instances provided by hinge assemblies that couple respective temples to a frame of the eyewear device.

摘要: This invention relates to a vehicle power coupling apparatus for a vehicle. The apparatus has a pickup coil arrangement for receiving an alternating magnetic field applied to the vehicle for generating power to operate the vehicle. The apparatus further has a shield for shielding a region including the pickup coil arrangement from an interior of the vehicle where a user of the vehicle may be present when the vehicle is in operation, and the shield includes at least one hole therein for providing access to one or more components of the vehicle for working on the one or more components. Additional aspects of the invention relate to receiving an alternating magnetic field and converting the alternating magnetic field into electrical power for recharging a vehicle and/or for providing motive power to the vehicle.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a charging system and a charging method for an automatic force detection robot for a gas pipeline. The charging system includes a primary charging unit disposed outside the gas pipeline and a secondary charging unit disposed in the gas pipeline, wherein the primary charging unit includes a primary magnetic core and a primary coil wound on the primary magnetic core, the secondary charging unit includes a secondary magnetic core and a secondary coil wound on the secondary magnetic core, the primary magnetic core and the secondary magnetic core form a closed magnetic field line, the primary coil is connected to a power supply, and the secondary coil is connected to a battery of the robot. The charging system has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient use, strong anti-interference capability and high charging efficiency, solves the problem that the cableless automatic force detection robot needs to overcome the shielding of the pipeline wall when charging, and improves the capability of the cableless automatic force detection robot when carrying out a long-distance detection in the pipeline. The charging method has the advantages of easy implementation, convenient operation, safety and reliability, and high charging efficiency.

摘要: Capacitive wireless power transfer systems are provided. In one embodiment, for example, the system comprises two pair of coupled conducting plates; a first matching network coupled to the first pair of conducting plates; and a second matching network coupled to the second pair of conducting plates. At least one of the first and second matching networks comprises an inductor having inductance value selected based on at least one parasitic capacitance value of the capacitive wireless power transfer system. In another embodiment, a method of designing a capacitive wireless power transfer system is provided comprising determining a parasitic capacitance value of a capacitive wireless power transfer system and determining an inductance value of an inductor of at least one of the first and second matching network having a value selected based on at least one parasitic capacitance value of the capacitive wireless power transfer system.

摘要: A battery module for a hearing device is configured for inductive resonance charging. The battery module has a secondary cell, a blocking sleeve that encloses the secondary cell and shields the secondary cell against a magnetic field, a jacket formed from permeable material outside the blocking sleeve, and an induction coil outside the jacket for receiving energy inductively. The induction coil and the jacket form a receiving antenna for receiving the energy. The material and/or the geometric structure of the blocking sleeve, the jacket made of permeable material, and/or the induction coil is/are additionally selected in such a way that the battery module, in particular the induction coil, has a quality factor of at least 35 for receiving energy at a predetermined value of a charging frequency that is employed by a charging device that generates a magnetic alternating field.
