摘要： One side portion of an intermediate member 6 is inserted in one side portion of a tubular portion 71 of a fixed member 7 and rotatably coupled to the one side portion of the tubular portion 71 in this state. A vertical slit 71c is formed in the other side portion of the tubular portion 71 of a fixed member 7 so as to extend across the tubular portion 71. A lateral slit 71d that extends in a circumferential direction of the tubular portion 71 is formed at an intersection portion of the tubular portion 71 and the attachment plate 72 so as to intersect with the vertical slit 71c at a center portion of the lateral slit 71d. The vertical slit 71c and the lateral slit 71d define, as a displacement portion 71e, 71e, a portion that can be displaced to a radial direction outer side of the tubular portion 71. The displacement portion 71e is displaced to the outer side by being pressed by a pressing portion 61c of the intermediate member 6 when the intermediate member 6 is rotated to an attachment position at which substantially all of a main body 61 of the intermediate member 6 is inserted into the tubular portion 71.

摘要： A shaft structure of a liftable screen cover includes a screen cover, a cover reinforcement plate and a shaft set. The side of the screen cover is formed with a bent sidewall. One end of the sidewall has a non-circular first hole. The cover reinforcement plate disposes inside the sidewall. One end of the cover reinforcement plate has a non-circular second hole. A fulcrum is formed between the sidewall of the screen cover and the cover reinforcement plate and connected in a male-and-female engagement. As a result, the fulcrum of the shaft can be greatly elongated. One end of the shaft center of the shaft set has a non-circular flange. The flange penetrates into the second hole and the first hole. Screws are used to fix the screen cover, the cover reinforcement plate and the shaft set. With the above arrangement, a structure has good rigidity and bears larger torsion.

摘要： A pivot hinge assembly for mounting a cabinet to a frame. The assembly includes a first hinge pin bushing adapted to mount to the cabinet and a second hinge pin bushing adapted to mount to the frame. The hinge pin bushings each have a hole formed through it for receiving a pin, and substantially complementary mating surfaces for providing a bearing interface. The pin includes a head and a terminal end. Threads are formed on a portion of the pin which engage with threads in the second hinge pin bushing. A locking mechanism is removably attached to the pin near its terminal end. In one embodiment, the assembly includes a wear strip mounted to either the cabinet or the frame and which provides a low friction bearing surface between the cabinet and the frame.

A hinge shaft is rotatably coupled to the hinge housing and has a number of crests formed thereon. A hinge cam is positioned in the reception space of the hinge housing and is adapted to linearly travel therein along the longitudinal direction of the hinge axis and has a number of troughs formed thereon that face the respective crests. A hinge spring is positioned between the hinge housing and the hinge cam to provide an elastic force so that the hinge cam may linearly travel while forcing it against the hinge shaft A hinge stopper portion is positioned between the hinge housing and the hinge shaft to limit the range of rotation of the hinge shaft that rotates in the hinge housing.
