摘要： The present invention includes three off-set hinges adapted to utilize the weight of the door to cause the door to self position and allow manual operation of the door. A center hinge includes a top leaf, a center pin, and a bottom leaf. The center pin includes an upper pin-portion adapted to slidably insert into an inverted slot on a top socket of the top leaf and an oppositely disposed lower pin-portion adapted to slidably insert into an upright cylindrical slot of the bottom leaf. A gear is disposed intermediate to the upper pin-portion and lower pin-portion. The gear is fixed or otherwise coupled to the pin whereby rotation of the gear results in corresponding rotation of the pin including both the top portion and the bottom portion. The lower pin-portion further includes a beveled lower (distal) end. This bevel matches a corresponding bevel in the bottom leaf.

摘要： A hinge assembly includes a first body, and a second body capable of rotating relatively to the first body. The first body includes a first main part and a pair of stopper portions respectively extending from two sides of the first main part and coplanar with the first main part. Two ends of a shaft are fixed with the pair of stopper portions, respectively. The second body includes a second main part, a pair of blocking portions and a resilient arm located between the pair of the blocking portions. When the second body rotates to be perpendicular to the first body, the second body is positioned stably relative to the first body without an external force, due to an elasticity of the resilient arm of the second body.

摘要： The invention relates to a door hinge system which includes an integral exposed vertically oriented pin as a portion of a doorframe bracket, and a central latch bracket as engaged to a door. The pivotal manipulation of the door engages the latch of the central latch bracket to the pin, to secure the door to the doorframe. The central latch bracket includes a channel for receipt of the pin which is securely and releasably retained in the channel by the leading cam edge of the latch and safety slide. Disengagement of the latch from the pin enables a door to be easily separated from doorframe for re-hanging at a future time.

摘要： A hinge for folding container comprises an inner hinge, an outer hinge and a locking device for locking the inner and outer hinge. Wherein, the inner hinge and the outer hinge are pivotally connected by a pivot pin, the outer hinge comprises at least two outer hinge plates provided in parallel, and the inner hinge comprises at least two inner hinge plates provided in parallel. Compared with the prior art, without changing the standard operating hole, the hinge for folding container disclosed by the present invention can widen the transverse width of the inner hinge, and so that the rigidity of the inner hinge is effectively enhanced. Therefore, the hinge according to the present invention can be applied to any types of folding container, especially the folding container mounted with an independent corner post.

摘要： A tonneau cover is mounted to the cargo area of a pickup truck by a hinge mechanism positioned at the forward end of the pickup truck cargo area. The hinge assembly has two major components. The first component is a mounting plate that is affixed to each sidewall of the cargo area near the forward extent of the cargo area. The mounting plate includes an alignment mechanism and a mechanism for clamping the second component onto the mounting plate. The mounting plate further includes a beveled upper flange to assist in guiding the removable component onto the mounting plate during installation. The removable component includes a base plate, a number of arms forming an articulating mechanism, and a bracket for mounting to the tonneau cover. The base plate includes an angled lower segment for cooperating with the beveled upper section of the mounting plate to aid in guiding the removable component onto the mounting plate. The base plate also includes slots for engagement by the clamping mechanism of the mounting plate. The articulating mechanism is configured to open the tonneau cover in a nearly vertical direction initially, prior to rotation of the tonneau cover to an open position. With the removable component engaged on the mounting plate, and prior to engagement of the clamps, the hinge assembly is configured so that the tonneau cover can be opened from the rear of the pickup truck cargo area without the removable component becoming disengaged from the mounting plate. With the tonneau cover thus in the open position, an installer can reach in from the side of the truck cargo area and engage the clamps to secure the removable component to the mounting plate. The clamps are configured to accept a tool, but can be engaged without the use of tools.
