摘要: A temperature-dependent switch having a housing and a temperature-dependent switching mechanism arranged therein. The temperature-dependent switching mechanism switches, depending on its temperature, between a closed position, in which the switching mechanism establishes an electrically conductive connection between a first external terminal and a second external terminal, and an open position, in which the temperature-dependent switching mechanism disconnects the electrically conductive connection. The two external terminals are led parallel alongside each other out of the housing so that their upper sides lie in a common connection plane. Arranged inside the housing is an electrical heating resistor component, which is electrically connected in parallel with the switching mechanism. The electrical heating resistor component has on a connection side a first contact area, which electrically contacts the upper side of the first external terminal, and a second contact area, which electrically contacts the upper side of the second external terminal.

摘要: An electrical connection device is connected between a main body and a draw-out device of an electrical appliance having a draw-out structure. The electrical connection device includes: a draw-out device connection assembly being fixed on the draw-out device and electrically connected to inlet and outlet ends of the draw-out device; a main body connection assembly including contact pieces with a clamping mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism makes the contact pieces close to and clamp main body busbars; and a flexible assembly connecting the draw-out device connection assembly and the main body connection assembly to form a conductive path. The contact pieces of the main body connection assembly are offset by adapting to the position deviation of the main body busbars. A linked electrical connection assembly is formed by the described electrical connection devices and an electrical appliance using the described electrical connection devices or the electrical connection assembly.

摘要: A breaker has a fixed contact, a movable piece which has an elastic portion formed in a plate shape and being elastically deformable, and a movable contact in one end portion of the elastic portion so as to press the movable contact against the fixed contact, a thermally-actuated element which is deformed in accordance with a temperature change and shifts from a conduction state in which the movable contact contacts with the fixed contact to a shut-off state in which the movable contact separates from the fixed contact, and a case which accommodates the fixed contact, the movable piece, and the thermally-actuated element. The case has a side wall extending in a long direction of the movable piece, and the side wall is provided, in an adjacent portion to the thermally-actuated element, with a convex portion protruding toward the outside of the case.

摘要: A power contact health assessor system includes a pair of terminals adapted to be connected to a set of switchable contact electrodes of a power contact and a contact separation detector configured to determine a time of separation of the set of switchable contact electrodes during deactivation of the power contact. The system includes a controller circuit operatively coupled to the pair of terminals and the contact separation detector. The controller circuit is configured to determine within a first observation window, a plurality of contact stick durations and an average contact stick duration. One or more additional observation windows with corresponding average contact stick durations are configured. A health assessment for the set of switchable contact electrodes may be based on a subsequent contact stick duration for a contact cycle after the first observation window and the corresponding average contact stick durations for the one or more additional observation windows.
