    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel; and a polarizer, an optical adhesive, and a cover plate sequentially arranged on the display panel. The display panel has a transparent region. The polarizer has first and second surfaces parallel to each other, and the first surface is proximal to the display panel. The polarizer has therein a through hole penetrating through the first and second surfaces. The through hole has first and second boundaries at the first and second surfaces, respectively. An orthogonal projection of the first boundary on the second surface is inside and not in contact with the second boundary. For third and fourth boundaries of the through hole parallel to the first boundary, an orthogonal projection of the third boundary on the fourth boundary does not extend beyond the fourth boundary, the third boundary being closer to the first boundary than the fourth boundary.

    Abstract: A display device includes a blocking dam. The blocking dam includes an insulation layer group. A groove is provided at one side of the insulation layer group away from the substrate. After the liquid organic encapsulation material flows from the display area to the highest point of the blocking dam, the excess liquid organic encapsulation material may directly fall into the groove, avoiding the excess liquid organic encapsulation material from flowing across the blocking dam to the outside of the encapsulation area, causing that the orthographic projection of the edge of the organic encapsulation layer, away from the display area, on the substrate is located within the orthographic projection of the blocking dam on the substrate. The display panel includes only one blocking dam, and the width of the area, where the blocking dam is provided, of the non-display area decreases, thereby reducing the width of the entire non-display area.

The display panel has high reliability, narrow bezel, and large screen.

    Abstract: An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel driving circuits. A respective pixel driving circuit of the plurality of pixel driving circuit includes a driving transistor, a compensating transistor, and a first reset transistor. An active layer of the driving transistor is in a first semiconductor material layer. Active layers of the compensating transistor and the first reset transistor are in a second semiconductor material layer different from the first semiconductor material layer. The array substrate includes a third connecting line in a first signal line layer, and connected to a second electrode of the compensating transistor. The third connecting line crosses over at least two control signal lines.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display module, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The display module incudes: a liquid crystal cell including a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a heating source arranged in the liquid crystal cell and configured to heat the liquid crystal layer; and a low thermal conductivity medium layer, at least a part of the low thermal conductivity medium layer being arranged on a side of the liquid crystal layer close to the display side, thermal conductivity of the low thermal conductivity medium layer being smaller than a predetermined value, the low thermal conductivity medium layer being configured to at least reduce heat transferred from an interior of the liquid crystal cell to the outside via the display side, so as to accumulate the heat in the liquid crystal layer.
