Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mask, a mask device and a mask design method. The mask includes: a pattern area, wherein the pattern area includes a plurality of openings, among which adjacent openings are spaced apart by a first rib, and at least one of the plurality of openings has a non-straight side, two first straight sides intersecting with the non-straight side, and a second straight side opposite to the non-straight side and intersecting with the first straight sides; and a second rib located at an edge of the pattern area, wherein the second rib is provided with a cutout for compensating for stretch deformation of the non-straight side, extending lines of the two first straight sides extending toward the second rib along a first direction intersect with the second rib to obtain a first area, and the cutout is located at least within the first area.

Abstract: A display device manufacturing apparatus includes a mask assembly, and a deposition module configured to supply a deposition material toward the mask assembly. The deposition module includes a deposition frame, a spraying portion, a heater, and a close contact portion. The deposition frame has an internal space. The spraying portion includes a crucible portion and a nozzle portion. The heater heats the nozzle portion and is configured to be switchable between a first state and a second state with a higher heating value than the first state. The close contact portion brings the crucible portion and the nozzle portion into close contact with each other, and the close contact portion includes a pressing surface spaced apart from the spraying portion in the first state and configured to press on the spraying portion in the second state.

Abstract: A metal plate used for manufacturing a deposition mask has a thickness of equal to or less than 30 μm. An average cross-sectional area of the crystals grains on a cross section of the metal plate is from 0.5 μm2 to 50 μm2. The average cross-sectional area of crystal grains is calculated by analyzing measurement results obtained by an EBSD method, the measuring results being analyzed by an area method under conditions where a portion with a difference in crystal orientation of 5 degrees or more is recognized as a crystal grain boundary.

Abstract: A light-emitting device and a method for manufacturing the same, and a display substrate are provided. The light-emitting device includes a first electrode, an electron transport layer, a light-emitting layer, a hole transport layer and a second electrode that are arranged sequentially. The C-axis orientation is a direction perpendicular to a plane where the light-emitting layer is located. In the electron transport sub-layer with the C-axis orientation, in the direction perpendicular to the plane where the light-emitting layer is located, a ratio of a number of crystal grains having no overlap with adjacent crystal grains to a total number of crystal grains is greater than 85%.
