Abstract: The wind-wave complementary energy integrated system based on fixed foundation and generation and transmission method thereof pertains to the field of ocean renewable energy utilization, solving the problem of combining the wind and wave energy in a support structure, including a wind turbine, a tower, a wave energy device and a single pile foundation, the wind turbine is connected to the tower, and the single pile foundation is at the bottom of the tower, the single pile foundation is connected to the seabed, and the wave energy device is mounted on the tower near the sea surface. The effect is the renewable energy utilization rate and the energy conversion rate are effectively improved, thus reducing the cost to a certain extent and having high utility.

Abstract: Provided is a method based on deep neural network to extract appearance and geometry features for pulmonary textures classification, which belongs to the technical fields of medical image processing and computer vision. Taking 217 pulmonary computed tomography images as original data, several groups of datasets are generated through a preprocessing procedure. Each group includes a CT image patch, a corresponding image patch containing geometry information and a ground-truth label. A dual-branch residual network is constructed, including two branches separately takes CT image patches and corresponding image patches containing geometry information as input. Appearance and geometry information of pulmonary textures are learnt by the dual-branch residual network, and then they are fused to achieve high accuracy for pulmonary texture classification. Besides, the proposed network architecture is clear, easy to be constructed and implemented.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of joint surface pressure detection of connecting pieces, and provides an FBG sensor-based bolt fastening joint surface pressure detection method, comprising the steps of determining the size and the position of an FBG sensor; and determining the pressure of a joint surface measuring position on the basis of the single bolt connection joint surface pressure distribution theory, and completing calibration in real-time correspondence to the strain and pressure values to realize precise detection of the joint surface pressure. Determining the size and the position of the FBG sensor embedding slot according to the above method can ensure the reliability and accuracy of strain information; and an accurate strain-joint surface pressure curve can be obtained in combination with the determination of the joint surface pressure, which provides a practical and feasible method for the research on the bolt connection joint surface pressure.

Among them, the straight tooth groove includes a pair of involute cylindrical surfaces with opposite 0° helix angle, the left-handed tooth groove includes a involute helicoidal surface with 15° and a involute helicoidal surface with 30°, and the right-hand tooth groove includes a involute helicoidal surface with 15° and a involute helicoidal surface with 30°.

Abstract: A rapid detection method for the geometric accuracy of the linear motion axis of an NC machine tool, uses accelerometers to measure the acceleration perpendicular to the direction of motion when the linear motion axis moves at a uniform speed. Firstly, the measuring device is mounted on the linear motion axis, and the upper measurement system automatically performs multi-channel acquisition and storage of the motion point acceleration data. Then, filter the acceleration data at the different speeds. Finally, the displacement data is obtained by quadratic integration of the filtered acceleration data in the time domain. Then calculate the straightness of the linear motion axis using the End Point Fit method, and complete the rapid measurement of the straightness of the linear motion axis of the machine tool. This can realize the rapid measurement of the geometric accuracy of the linear motion axis of the machine tool.

Abstract: A magnetofluid pump device for IGBT heat dissipation and a test method therefor are provided. The magnetofluid pump device uses a liquid metal as a coolant, which can absorb more heat than an ordinary water-cooling device and better dissipate heat for IGBT chips. Temperature and pressure changes in an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe of a magnetofluid pump can be monitored in real time through temperature sensors and pressure sensors, and temperature changes of the IGBT chips can be observed in real time through a thermal imager. The test method for the magnetofluid pump device for IGBT heat dissipation proposed by the present invention is simple and easy to implement. A magnetic fluid can be driven to flow by energizing positive and negative electrodes in the magnetofluid pump under the action of magnetic fields, and water-cooling equipment can dissipate heat for the magnetic fluid in the magnetofluid pump.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of ship engineering, and provides a ship real wind measuring device calibration method. In this method a ship sway simulator is build using a 2-axis ganged platform, natural wind is simulating generated using a wind tunnel flow field. Then the ship sway simulator is controlled to simulate the ship spatial motion under the disturbance of stormy waves. Furthermore, the data of the wind speed and direction is obtained under different sway angles and speeds. So that the database of wind direction and speed measurement, attitude measurement, actual wind direction and speed measurement is formed. Subsequently, a calibration model based on BP neural network is constructed using this database, a ship real wind direction and speed calibration algorithm is formed, which can calibrate a ship real wind measuring device.

Through the orthogonal orbit planetary gear set moving along the parallel circular arc line guide rail, the concave surface spiral gear and the convex surface spiral gear are meshed at different radii, so as to realize the continuous changing of the speed ratio and changing of the acceleration of the additional mass block. The spiral curve limit guide groove is set on the surface of concave surface spiral gear and convex surface spiral gear, and the changing rate of speed changing ratio is adjusted by designing different spiral curves, and then the acceleration changing rate of additional mass block is controlled.

Abstract: A new design and rapid construction method for flush assembly of prefabricated steel beams and floor slabs is disclosed. The upper flange of prefabricated steel beams is “” shaped, which consists of horizontal flange, vertical flange and top flange. Both beam stiffeners and studs are set on the horizontal flange, in which the former can strengthen the bearing capacity of the beam and avoid its local deformation, and the latter can fix the floor slab; prefabricated studs and precast concrete inside the vertical flange in the factory are used to constrain the deformation of upper flange. There is no limitation with respect to the form of floor slab, which is connected with the prefabricated steel beam by hitching the prefabricated rebar ring of the floor slab to the welded studs of the upper flange of the prefabricated steel beam.
