    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to a display device. Specifically, there is provided a display device with display quality enhanced by comprising a substrate, a display area where one or more subpixels are disposed, each of the one or more subpixels including a light emitting element positioned on the substrate and at least one transistor for driving the light emitting element, an open area obtained by removing at least a portion of the substrate in an area surrounded by the display area, and a planarization layer positioned to overlap the display area and the open area and positioned on the light emitting element.

    Abstract: A touch display device can include a substrate, at least one transistor on the substrate, an organic light-emitting diode on the at least one transistor, an encapsulation layer on the organic light-emitting diode, a color filter and a black matrix on the encapsulation layer, a touch electrode disposed on the encapsulation layer, the touch electrode overlapped with the black matrix in a vertical direction; an overcoat layer on the color filter, and at least one touch routing line including a first touch routing line and a second touch routing line, the first touch routing line and the second touch routing line connected through a plurality of contact holes. Also, the touch electrode includes a plurality of openings, the first touch routing line is overlapped with the at least of a part of the openings in a vertical direction.

    Abstract: A light emitting display device with an integrated touch screen includes: a substrate which includes a display area in which a plurality of display pixels is disposed and a non-display area around the display area; a light emitting diode in the display area; an encapsulation unit which covers the display area and the non-display area; a touch electrode line on the encapsulation unit; a touch routing line which is disposed in the non-display area and is connected to the touch electrode line; a plurality of blocking structures which is disposed in the non-display area and is configured to enclose the display area; and a step compensation layer disposed between the encapsulation unit and the touch routing line; wherein the step compensation layer reduces a step caused by the plurality of blocking structures to reduce irregularities of a surface of the encapsulation unit.

    Abstract: A display device having a switchable viewing angle includes a first polarizer which transmits light of a P-wave or S-wave, a viewing angle control panel which is disposed above the first polarizer, includes a lower electrode and an upper electrode, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the lower electrode and the upper electrode to selectively change the light of P-wave or S-wave to an S-wave or P-wave, and a second polarizer which is disposed above the viewing angle control panel and has a transmission axis perpendicular to a transmission axis of the first polarizer. Therefore, the mode may be switchable to the privacy mode and the share mode and in the share mode, the luminance may be improved without increasing the power consumption.

    Abstract: Provided is an electroluminescent display device. The electroluminescent display device includes a pixel circuit implemented with a plurality of transistors, and a gate driving circuit that provides a scan signal, an initialization signal, and an emission signal to the pixel circuit. The gate driving circuit includes a scan signal generating circuit that provides the scan signal to a gate electrode of at least one of the plurality of transistors, an initialization signal generating circuit that provides the initialization signal to a source electrode or a drain electrode of at least one of the plurality of transistors, and the emission signal generating circuit that provides an emission signal to the gate electrode of at least one of the plurality of transistors. The initialization signal generating circuit receives an output signal of the scan signal generating circuit and an output signal of the emission signal generating circuit.

    Abstract: A display device can include a display panel, a cover shield disposed on a rear surface of the display panel, a curvature control member disposed on an inner side of the cover shield, and rotation members connected to ends of the curvature control member, respectively, and coupling the cover shield with the curvature control member. The curvature control member can be configured to rotate with the rotation members, Further, the cover shield is switched between a first state and a second state as the curvature control member rotates, and the cover shield is configured to be flat in the first state and is configured to be curved with a curvature in the second state. Therefore, the curvature of the display device is easily controlled by a simple structure and operation.
