    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to touch display device and display panel. Provided are a touch display device and a display panel able to improve touch sensing performance by reducing crosstalk occurring between data lines and touch lines. A shield pattern is disposed in an area in which the touch lines overlap the data lines. A shield signal is applied to the shield pattern through shield lines in an area in which the shield pattern does not overlap the touch lines or the data lines. Direct capacitance is not formed between the touch lines and the data lines.

    Abstract: The present embodiments relate to an all-in-one switch device as well as a touch display apparatus and a display panel including such an all-in-one switch device. The all-in-one switch device includes a switching transistor electrically connected between a pixel electrode and a data line, and a sensor pattern connected between a first electrode and a second electrode of the switching transistor. One device is enough to provide both a switching function for display driving and a sensor function for sensing a touch position and/or a fingerprint, a separate touch sensor having a large size is unnecessary, and it is possible to precisely sense a touch position and/or a fingerprint without being affected by parasitic capacitance, even in a situation where a system has a structure or a circuit in which touch sensing based on capacitance is impossible.

    Abstract: In a touch display panel and a touch display device, a shielding pattern including the common electrode (COM) used as the touch electrode (TE) is disposed between a touch line (TL) and a data line (DL), and the touch line (TL) and the data line (DL) are arranged so as not to overlap each other in a boundary area between shielding patterns. The parasitic capacitance between the touch line (TL) and the data line (DL) can be reduced to improve the performance of touch sensing. In addition, the arrangement of the touch lines (TL) and data lines (DL) in the boundary area between shielding patterns is repeated at regular intervals to prevent an image abnormality.

    Abstract: A touch sensor integrated type display device includes gate lines and data lines that cross over each other, pixel electrodes, first electrodes, second electrodes and shielding portions.     Abstract: A touch display panel and device. A common electrode is provided between a display driving signal line and a touch line. The common electrode functions as a shielding pattern that prevents display noise of a touch sensing signal without increasing the number of masks used to form the touch display device. A touch load reducing layer is disposed in a region between the touch line and the common electrode, except for a region in which the common electrode and pixel electrodes overlap. This reduces the load of the touch line and improves touch sensing performance without having an adverse effect on display driving.
