    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), the UE receives an uplink (UL) grant. The UL grant is indicative of a first Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission on a first Transmission/Reception Point (TRP) of a first cell. The UL grant is not indicative of a PUSCH transmission on a second TRP of the first cell. The UE transmits a Power Headroom Reporting (PHR) Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE). Based on the UL grant, the PHR MAC CE is indicative of a first power headroom (PH), associated with the first TRP, based on a real PUSCH transmission, and is indicative of a second PH, associated with the second TRP, based on a reference PUSCH transmission.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first device. In one embodiment, the method includes the first device receiving a configuration, from a network node, of a first sidelink resource pool without any Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH) resource. The method further includes the first device receiving a first sidelink grant transmitted, configured, or scheduled by the network node, wherein the first sidelink grant schedules or indicates at least a first sidelink resource in the first sidelink resource pool. Furthermore, the method includes the first device expecting or considering that the first sidelink grant provides no Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource for reporting Sidelink (SL) Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARD) feedback.

    Abstract: In an example, a UE receives, from a network, a configuration of a sidelink resource pool. Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH) resources of the sidelink resource pool are configured, periodically with a period of N slots, in slots of the sidelink resource pool. The UE receives, from the network, a configuration with a set of time offsets for determining an association set. The UE determines one or more slots. Each slot of the one or more slots is in the association set and contains a PSFCH resource of the sidelink resource pool. The UE generates a sidelink Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook based upon one or more occasions associated with one or more PSFCH resources of the sidelink resource pool. The one or more occasions is determined or derived based upon the one or more slots and the period of N slots.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE. In one embodiment, the method includes the UE receiving a first configuration for PUSCH transmission with configured grant, wherein the first configuration indicates a first SRI value, and the first SRI value is associated with a first reference signal. The method also includes the UE transmitting a first PUSCH with configured grant by using a transmission precoder or a spatial filter, wherein the transmission precoder or the spatial filter is for transmitting the first reference signal. In addition, the method includes the UE monitoring and/or receiving a response corresponding to the RA preamble via one or more antenna port quasi co-location parameters associated with the candidate reference signal during the BFR procedure. Furthermore, the method includes the UE transmitting, if the UE receives the response, a second PUSCH with configured grant on occasions configured in the first configuration via using the same transmission precoder or spatial filter for transmitting the PRACH resource until the UE receives a second configuration comprising SRI for PUSCH transmission with configured grant.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE (User Equipment). In one embodiment, the method includes the UE being configured with a control resource set (CORESET). The method further includes the UE receiving a Downlink Control Information (DCI) on the CORESET, wherein an index is included in the DCI and the index indicates a time domain resource allocation pattern. In one method, a network node transmits a signal indicating at least a first duration and a bit map, wherein the first duration is time duration of a control resource set (CORESET) and the bit map indicates first symbol(s) of monitoring occasion(s) of the CORESET within a slot, and wherein a set of bit position indicates value one in the bit map. The UE receives a second configuration of an association between a pre-emption indication (PI) and one reference signal from the plurality of reference signals or one reference signal set from the plurality of reference signal sets. The UE receives data based on a reference signal from a first reference signal set. The UE processes data according to the PI for the first reference signal set and not processing the data according to the PI for a second reference signal set.
