    Abstract: Embodiments of a user equipment (UE) for reporting of timing offset for dual connectivity enhancement are disclosed herein. The UE can include transceiver circuitry to connect to a master cell group via a master evolved node B (eNB) and a secondary cell group via a secondary eNB. Additionally, the UE can receive a first reference signal from the master eNB and a N second reference signal from a secondary eNB. Moreover, the UE can include processing circuitry to calculate a system frame number (SFN) and subframe timing difference (SSTD) based on the first reference signal and the second reference signal. Moreover, the UE can generate a measurement report having a synchronization indicator for dual connectivity based on the calculated SSTD. Subsequently, the UE can send the generated measurement report to the master eNB.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) device is configured for performing a signal measurement for wireless communication in a new radio (NR) network. The UE is configured to determine a frequency range (FR) of a serving cell configured to send a signal that is measured by the UE using a signal measurement. The UE configures a measurement gap (MG) pattern to perform the signal measurement. Configuring the measurement gap includes determining that the frequency range of the serving cell includes frequencies of a second frequency range (FR2), determining that a measurement object (MO) configuration for the FR2 is available, setting a measurement gap repetition periodicity (MGRP) value for the signal measurement, and setting a measurement gap length (MGL) value for the signal measurement. The UE performs a signal measurement using the MGRP value and the MGL value.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for configuring full power transmission modes in a UE. The disclosed full power transmission modes include a Mode 0 and a Mode 3, which are enhancements over previous modes disclosed in the 3GPP specification. The UE gathers supported modes and configuration capabilities, such as number of ports and supported coherency schemes, and forwards the configuration capabilities to the network. The network analyzes the received information and selects a supported full power transmission mode based on the UE capabilities. The selection is then transmitted to the UE in a PUSCH-Config message. The UE extracts the selection from the PUSCH-Config message, and configures its radio accordingly.

The UE may connect to at least one base station. The UE may receive signaling from the at least one base station configuring physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission. The signaling may indicate a plurality of PUCCH resources for PUCCH repetition. The signaling may indicate a plurality of beams for PUCCH repetition. Based on the signaling from the at least one base station, the UE may transmit the PUCCH a plurality of times using the plurality of PUCCH resources and the plurality of beams.
