    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media related to minimization of driving test configuration. The method comprises receiving an original MDT configuration, receiving an indication indicating whether all or a part of the original MDT configuration is allowed to be modified, configuring a modified MDT configuration from the original MDT configuration based on the indication, and transmitting the modified MDT configuration.

    Abstract: A first base station receives, from a second base station comprising a plurality of cells, a first message comprising a served cell information element for each cell of the plurality of cells. The served cell information element for each cell comprises an identifier of a public land mobile network and an indication of whether a respective cell supports at least one vehicle-to-everything (V2X) service. The first base station determines, after the receiving the first message, to perform one of: a dual connectivity procedure for a wireless device or a handover procedure for the wireless device. The first base station sends, to the second base station, a second message for the wireless device. The second message is one of: a secondary node addition request in response to the determining to perform the dual connectivity procedure or a handover request in response to determining to perform the handover procedure.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and computer-readable media for upgrading vSmart controllers. In one aspect, a method includes an edge router receiving a notification from a vSmart controller that an upgrade to the controller will occur. The notification can be dynamically triggered by a centralized network management system. In some embodiments, the vSmart controller can run as a virtual machine (VM) and maintains a control plane connection with one or more edge routers in an overlay network. In response to the notification, a length of time of an expiry timer in which the edge router attempts to connect to the vSmart controller can be increased, and the edge router can connect to the vSmart controller once the increased length of time has passed.

    Abstract: A port extender provides individual flow control for ports multiplexed from a network device. The port extender is configured to multiplex a network device port across the front panel ports on the port extender. The port extender also determines that an input buffer for the network device port is overloaded, and generates a Priority-based Flow Control (PFC) frame identifying that the network device port is congested. The port extender sends the PFC frame via the network device port to the network device. The PFC frame causes the network device coupled to the network device port to discontinue sending data for transmission from the plurality of ports on the port extender.
