    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for D2D communication. The method includes carrying control information and data information, to be sent, in a physical resource block, wherein the physical resource block comprises M OFDM symbols in the time domain and N subcarriers in the frequency domain. The control information comprises at least one of MCS, RV, and NDI, at least one of the MCS, the RV, and the NDI being mapped onto an RE in a high frequency part of the physical resource block. The data information is mapped onto a blank RE in the physical resource block excluding the RE onto which the control information is mapped. The method also includes sending the physical resource block to a target user equipment on a D2D communication link. Spectral efficiency and data transmission rate can be improved by reasonably configuring an uplink physical channel of D2D communication.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a power control method, a user equipment, and a base station.     Abstract: The present invention provides a signal measurement method and apparatus, where the method includes: receiving, by user equipment UE, a measurement configuration message sent by a base station, where the measurement configuration message is used to indicate a reference signal type; performing, by the UE according to the reference signal type indicated by the measurement configuration message, signal quality measurement on a cell to obtain a measurement result; and sending, by the UE, the measurement result to the base station. The method provided in embodiments of the present invention is used to resolve a technical problem in the prior art that normal communication of UE cannot be ensured because RSRP and/or RSRQ of neighboring cells cannot be measured based on an existing reference signal when the neighboring cells use different carrier types.

    Abstract: A sending parameter of a preamble is compared with at least one preset parameter threshold to obtain a comparison result. A channel priority is determined in accordance with the comparison result. When a plurality of uplink channels are required for simultaneous transmission, the transmitting powers of the plurality of uplink channels is determined in accordance with the channel priority; and the plurality of uplink channels comprising a PRACH.
