    摘要: An optical image stabilizer includes an optical system including at least one image shake counteracting optical element movable in a plane orthogonal to an optical axis; at least one stepping motor for moving the image shake counteracting optical element in the plane; at least one shake velocity sensor which senses the speed of shake applied to the optical system; and a controller which calculates the number of driving pulses for the stepping motor based on shake speed information output from the shake velocity sensor, and drives the stepping motor so that the image shake counteracting optical element moves in the plane to counteract image shake on an imaging surface of the optical system. The controller changes power supplied to the stepping motor in accordance with the shake speed information when driving the stepping motor.

    摘要: A method is provided for measuring Mueller Matrix of an optical system of an exposure apparatus. Light flux from a light source is serially converted into any of a plurality of polarized light beams perpendicular to each other on Poincare sphere and is output. This polarized light beam is injected into a projection optical system or the like to be converted into a converted polarized light beam based on Mueller matrix of each optical system. With a linear polarizer or a linear phase retarder being properly inserted into an optical path of the converted polarized light beam, a light intensity is measured. Stokes parameters of the converted polarized light beam are calculated based on the measured light intensity.

The cam grooves are located at different positions in the optical axis direction and which trace a same reference cam diagram. All cam grooves are partial cam grooves each having at least one end opening at at least one of opposite ends of the cam ring, so as not to include an entire portion of the reference cam diagram. Cam followers are located at different positions at least in the optical axis direction and are respectively engageable in the cam grooves. At least one of the cam followers remains engaged in a corresponding cam groove while at least one of the other of the cam followers comes out of the end opening and is disengaged therefrom when the linearly movable frame moves to movement limit in the optical-axis direction.
