    Abstract: Provided are a method for transmitting a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) message by a terminal in a wireless communication system, and a device using the method. The method comprises: performing an operation of excluding candidate resources on the basis of a PSSCH-RSRP threshold value in a selection window; determining whether the ratio of remaining candidate resources in the selection window is smaller than a predetermined threshold value; when the ratio is smaller than the threshold value, according to whether at least one of the delay requirement and priority of the V2X message satisfies a predetermined condition, increasing the PSSCH-RSRP threshold value and performing an operation of excluding candidate resources on the basis of the increased PSSCHRSRP threshold value; and transmitting the V2X message by using a resource selected among the remaining candidate resources in the selection window.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention is a PSCCH transmission method. The method for a vehicle to everything (V2X) terminal to receive physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) scheduling information and transmit a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) in a wireless communication system includes: a step for receiving Downlink control information related to sidelink semi persistent scheduling (SL SPS); a step for transmitting a first PSCCH in response to an instruction for activating an SL SPS configuration of the downlink control information; and a step for transmitting a second PSCCH among reserved resources after transmitting the PSCCH, wherein, when the downlink control information is related to the SL SPS for two or more component carriers (CCs), time resource units at which the first PSCCH is transmitted in each CC do not overlap with each other. The UE is capable of communicating with at least one of another UE, a UE related to an autonomous driving vehicle, the BS or a network.

    Abstract: Disclosed according to various embodiments are a method for performing an observed time difference of arrival (OTDOA)-related operation by a terminal in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus therefor. Disclosed are a method for performing an OTDOA-related operation by a terminal, and an apparatus therefor, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a first positioning signal from a first base station; receiving a second positioning signal from a second base station; measuring a first phase difference between reference signals included in the first positioning signal, and a second phase difference between reference signals included in the second positioning signal; and feeding back, to the first base station, positioning information including the difference value between the first phase difference and the second phase difference.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for transmitting a signal by a terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising a step of the terminal selecting a transmission resource, and a step of the terminal transmitting the signal to another terminal by using the selected transmission resource, wherein the transmission resource includes a first transmission resource range for transmission of the first signal, and a second transmission resource range for transmission of a second signal and wider than the first transmission resource range, wherein the first transmission resource range and the second transmission resource range are mapped onto different subchannel indices, and the first transmission resource range is allocated to an edge of a frequency range for the transmission of the first signal and the second signal.
