Abstract: Provided are a user equipment configured to be operated within a particular predetermined band smaller than the entire system band and a base station supporting the user equipment. A reference signal and a downlink control channel on the basis of the reference signal are transmitted to the user equipment within the particular band in a subframe. The downlink control channel is transmitted within one or more orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols except a predetermined number of leading OFDM symbols among OFDM symbols in the subframe. Abstract: The present invention provides a method and a device for controlling uplink transmission on a first cell set in a licensed band and a second cell set in an unlicensed band. In one embodiment of the present invention, when the sum of transmission power required for the first cell and transmission power required for the second cell exceeds maximum power set in user equipment, the transmission power is preferentially allocated to the first cell over the second cell, and the uplink transmission is performed on the first cell within the residual power or the uplink transmission is omitted or dropped.
