    Abstract: Disclosed herein is method and device for performing a Hybrid Automatic Repeat request (HARQ) based on polar codes in a wireless communication system. A transmitter transmits a first packet to a receiver. The transmitter receives a re-transmission request for the first packet from the receiver. The transmitter transmits a second packet to the receiver. Herein, each of the first packet and the second packet includes at least one information bit and at least one frozen bit. An information bit having a smallest mutual information corresponding to a bit channel within the first packet is re-transmitted through a first bit channel capable of transmitting at least one information bit included in the second packet. Alternatively, a new information bit is transmitted through a second bit channel capable of transmitting at least one information bit included in the second packet.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting uplink control information by a communication apparatus configured with a plurality of cells including a primary cell and a secondary cell in a wireless communication system is discussed. The method includes identifying Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest-Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information indicating Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement/Discontinuous Transmission (ACK/NACK/DTX) responses to data blocks related to the primary cell and to the secondary cell; selecting a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource depending on the HARQ-ACK information; and transmitting the HARQ-ACK information through a constellation point on the selected PUCCH resource, wherein when the HARQ-ACK information indicates a NACK/DTX response to each data block related to the secondary cell, the selected PUCCH resource is a PUCCH resource linked to a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) on the primary cell.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for receiving, by a terminal which has been assigned multiple component carrier groups, control information in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving control information for the multiple component carrier groups; and receiving data information via component carriers that belong to the multiple component carrier groups using the received control information, wherein the control information may comprise multiplex control information for each of the multiple component carrier groups, or single control information for the component carriers included in each of the multiple component carrier groups.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an uplink data transmission method in a wireless communication system and a device therefor. Particularly, a method for transmitting uplink data in an unlicensed band by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a base station, uplink scheduling information within a cell operating in an unlicensed band; sensing a channel of the cell; transmitting a reservation signal when the channel is sensed to be in an idle state; and transmitting, to the base station, uplink data in a wireless resource allocated on the basis of the uplink scheduling information, wherein the channel is sensed to be in the idle state when energy detected, except for the reservation signal transmitted from another UE that is co-scheduled along with the UE for uplink multi-user multiple input multiple output (UL MU-MIMO) transmission, is smaller than a predetermined threshold value.
