Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for configuring data transmission. Aspects relate to determining a data transmission configuration utilizing a machine-learning based algorithm, such as a data transmission configuration for ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) applications. A method that may be performed by a base station (BS) includes receiving a feedback report from a user equipment (UE) including an indication of a first state corresponding to a plurality of channel condition parameters and determining one or more actions based, at least in part, on the first state. The BS may determining the one or more actions utilizing a machine learning algorithm that uses a second state, where the second state is based, at least in part, on the first state.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) that schedules a downlink message for initial access communication and that indicates a common physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for feedback for the downlink message. The UE may obtain one or more resource subband physical block (PRB) offsets for transmitting the feedback in an uplink subband of a subband full duplex symbol associated with the common PUCCH resource. The UE may transmit the feedback in a first PRB for a first frequency hop in the uplink subband and in a second PRB for a second frequency hop in the uplink subband, based at least in part on the one or more subband PRB offsets. Abstract: Aspects relate to supporting power control for physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmissions on an uplink secondary component carrier (SCC) of a wireless communication system. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) receives a power control configuration from a base station for use by the UE for a PUCCH transmission on a selected uplink SCC. The UE then transmits, based at least in part on the power control configuration, the PUCCH to the base station on the selected uplink SCC. Closed-loop and open-loop power control examples are provided. In some aspects, common or shared power control configurations are provided by the base station for use with each component carrier of a PUCCH group.
