摘要： A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate having a diffusion region. A transistor is formed within the diffusion region. A power rail is disposed outside the diffusion region. A contact layer is disposed above the substrate and below the power rail. A via is disposed between the contact layer and the power rail to electrically connect the contact layer to the power rail. The contact layer includes a first length disposed outside the diffusion region and a second length extending from the first length into the diffusion region and electrically connected to the transistor.

摘要： A painting system for painting a plurality of colors and a method of using the system to coat articles. The painting system comprises a plurality of paint supply networks and a plurality of paint return networks, each network for a corresponding paint color. A number of paint delivery stations are also provided, each including a plurality of drop lines. Each drop line is in communication with a corresponding paint supply network. Each drop line includes a downstream end coupling. Each paint delivery station includes a plurality of paint return nodes, each in communication with a corresponding paint return network. A paint gun unit is provided with a paint gun supply coupling. The paint gun supply coupling is complementary with each of the downstream end couplings of a corresponding drop line. The downstream end coupling of each drop line is uniquely shaped to engage only with the correct paint return node.

A clamp includes a body having an elongated portion and at least one projecting end portion including a movable connector for securely fastening the body to the support structure. A hand grip is connected to the clamp, such as along a portion of the body, and may be movable relative thereto. The clamp may be removably fixed to the support structure for performing the pull-up exercise. The clamp may also be supported in a manner that facilitates the performance of a push-up exercise. Related methods are disclosed.

A radiant dryer unit includes a reflector element that reflects light waves from a light source back towards a printable medium to dry ink printed on the medium. The reflector element includes a plurality of modular sections. Each modular section includes a base portion having a reflective surface, and includes legs that protrude from an opposing surface of the base portion. The modular sections are affixed to one another so that the reflective surfaces of the modular sections form an aggregate reflective surface that faces toward the light source of the radiant dryer unit.

摘要： Fire control and containment for a production printing system that includes a dryer unit, an air intake fan, and an exhaust fan. A fire control and containment system includes an enclosure surrounding the dryer unit. The enclosure includes controllable doors, a temperature sensor, and an air pressure sensor in the enclosure. The fire containment and control system also includes a controller operable to detect a fire event based on changes in air pressure and air temperature in the enclosure detected by the air pressure and air temperature sensors. In response to detecting the fire event, the controller closes the doors of the enclosure to prevent the print medium from entering, controls the air intake fan and the exhaust fan to reduce the air pressure in the enclosure, and controls the dryer unit to reduce temperature in the enclosure to suppress fire.

摘要： The invention disclosed is a method and system for the secure activation of web clipping applications upon a portable information device (PID). In an embodiment of the invention, the method first provides for preventing a user from accessing web clipping applications that are installed on the PID and located within installed software. The method then continues with a user registering the PID with a proxy server by using a registration application within the installed software. Upon the authorized registration of the PID with the proxy server, the web clipping applications are revealed to the user, and with the web clipping applications thus revealed, the user may retrieve information from the proxy server through the implementation of any of the web clipping applications. The invention further provides for a method and system for the secure access of a proxy server by a PID such that the recurring step of device identification can be eliminated. This provides for reduced overhead in recurring data transmissions and affords more efficient communications.
