    摘要: Tone generation in conformity with the tone generating mechanism of actual rubbed string instruments is made to obtain musical tones rich in reality as generated by natural musical instruments. Performance information outputted from a performance manipulator is converted into tone generation parameter by parameter generating means. Excitation means generate an excitation signal corresponding to the string-rubbing style on the basis of the tone generation parameter. A loop circuit gives both acoustic and propagation delay of the string to the excitation signal to thereby generate musical tone signals.

    摘要: A musical tone control information input manipulator comprises a manipulator body, a slide manipulator, and a pressure sensor. One end of the manipulator body is supported so as to be pivotally turnable and the other end thereof is supported by an elastic spring. The slide manipulator is provided on the manipulator body to generate a position signal representing a slide position on the manipulator body. Force acting on the elastic spring is detected by the pressure sensor to generate a pressure signal. The position signal and the pressure signal are respectively used as a bow position signal and a bow pressure signal for a rubbed string instrument such as a violin to generate a musical tone of the rubbed string instrument from an electronic musical instrument.

    摘要: A tone signal controlling apparatus for an electronic musical instrument comprising a body having a string corresponding portion, a movable performance member, and a sensor for detecting the action of the movable performance member with respect to the string corresponding portion, and generating a musical tone signal simulating a rubbed string instrument. The apparatus can control an electric signal simulating vibration of a string without any actual vibration of the string according the action of the movable performance member based on the output of the sensor, especially, by using signals representing a bow speed and a bow pressure which are applied to the string corresponding portion. Such special effects as vibrato can also be easily generated electrically. Owing to such electronic operability, the apparatus can also easily control the generation of the signal in accordance with a skill of a player.
