Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing selectable content creator controls in conjunction with sponsored media content items. A method includes receiving a media content item of a first user of a content sharing platform, wherein the media content item reflects a positive review of a product of a second user of the content sharing platform, and providing the media content item of the first user for presentation to the second user. The method further includes receiving a selection of the media content item by the second user, the selection of the media content item indicating a request of the second user to sponsor a presentation of the media items to users of the content sharing platform to promote the product of the second user, creating a media player interface comprising the media content item and a control selectable to view information promoting additional media content items of the first user, and providing the media player interface for presentation to a third user of the content sharing platform.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for notifying a user of a change to a file stored in a cloud-based file-storage system. A first indication of a first change to the file by a first user is received from a remote server, where the file is associated with a second user and is stored by the remote server. Subscription preferences of the second user are received. A notification indicating the first change to the file is displayed on a mobile device associated with the second user if a category of the notification is allowed by the subscription preferences. The notification includes a graphical preview of the file, an identifier of the file, and an identity of the first user.

Abstract: Modulating packetized audio signals in a voice activated data packet based computer network environment is provided. A system can receive audio signals detected by a microphone of a device. The system can parse the audio signal to identify trigger keyword and request, and generate a first action data structure. The system can identify a content item object based on the trigger keyword, and generate an output signal comprising a first portion corresponding to the first action data structure and a second portion corresponding to the content item object. The system can apply a modulation to the first or second portion of the output signal, and transmit the modulated output signal to the device.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for optimizing digital component transmission. A data structure stores session data for a user session. An encoder accesses the session data, encodes at least a portion of the online activities by representing different online activities with different symbols, and generates an encoded session string that includes multiple different symbols representing an order of occurrence of the different online activities. One or more servers classify the user session to a positive session classification or a negative session classification based on a classification score for the encoded session string, aggregates the classification of the user session with other classifications of other user sessions that have a same session string as the encoded session string, and adjusts distribution of digital components to client devices based on the aggregated classifications.

Abstract: In some examples, systems and techniques can determine a respective visit likelihood for each respective destination of a plurality of destinations based at least in part on a respective distance between the respective destination and a geographic location from a location history associated with a user and a comparison between a time associated with the geographic location and a visit likelihood distribution across time. The systems and techniques can then sort at least some of the plurality of destinations. In other examples, systems and techniques can determine whether a user is likely to visit a place during a future instance of a timeslot based at least in part on a location history associated with the user. The systems and techniques can then output information relating to the place prior to the beginning of the future instance of the timeslot.
