    摘要: Adaptive recoloring of displayed digital content automatically pursues specified active color palette goals while adhering to specified active color palette constraints. Source code editors, word processors, and other programs are enhanced by adaptive recoloring. Recoloring rules may specify coloring roles, colors, tolerances, color spaces, metrics, and other criteria. Recoloring may be triggered by a zoom or another change in user focus, by a brightness change, a screen size change, by notice of a user perception change, or by another event. Recoloring improves text legibility, assists user focus, compensates for differences in color perception and emotional impact, and increases color availability without degrading usability, for example. Transitions between words or other display items can be heightened. Branding colors may be preserved, in logos and text. Automatic selections may be overridden by a user command or by interactive tuning, with warnings given as appropriate.

    摘要: An imaging system comprises two cameras and a processor. A first camera comprises a first grid of pixels configured to detect light in a broadband channel and a plurality of clusters of color filters sparsely arranged over the first grid of pixels. Each color filter passes light in a color channel to the grid of pixels. A second camera comprises a second grid of pixels configured to detect light in a broadband channel. The processor is configured to generate an aggregate image by combining a first image captured by the first camera and a second image captured by the second camera. The processor is also configured to add color values to the aggregate image based on color data captured by the first camera with the clusters of color filters. Additionally, the processor is configured to present the aggregate image with added color values on an electronic display.

    摘要: A video processing system includes a computing platform having a hardware processor and a memory storing a software code including a convolutional neural network (CNN). The hardware processor executes the software code to receive video data including a key video frame in color and a video sequence in gray scale, determine a first estimated colorization for each frame of the video sequence except the key video frame based on a colorization of a previous frame, and determine a second estimated colorization for each frame of the video sequence except the key video frame based on the key video frame in color. For each frame of the video sequence except the key video frame, the software code further blends the first estimated colorization with the second estimated colorization using a color fusion stage of the CNN to produce a colorized video sequence corresponding to the video sequence in gray scale.

    摘要: Techniques are disclosed for capturing stereoscopic images using one or more high color density or “full color” image sensors and one or more low color density or “sparse color” image sensors. Low color density image sensors, may include substantially fewer color pixels than the sensor's total number of pixels, as well as fewer color pixels than the total number of color pixels on the full color image sensor. More particularly, the mostly-monochrome image captured by the low color density image sensor may be used to reduce noise and increase the spatial resolution of an imaging system's output image. In addition, the color pixels present in the low color density image sensor may be used to identify and fill in color pixel values, e.g., for regions occluded in the image captured using the full color image sensor. Optical Image Stabilization and/or split photodiodes may be employed on one or more sensors.
