    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a communication state transition method. The method comprises: receiving, by a user equipment, information of one or more candidate cells from a current cell; measuring, by the user equipment, the one or more candidate cells when the user equipment is in a RRC_INACTIVE or RRC_IDLE state to obtain measurement results; and building up, by the user equipment, a connection with a desired cell instead of a resident cell to transit from the RRC_INACTIVE or RRC_IDLE state to a RRC_CONNECTED state after receiving a paging message, wherein the desired cell is selected by the user equipment from the one or more candidate cells based on the measurement results. The present disclosure also discloses a communication state transition apparatus.

    Abstract: The present application provides a method for generating a SIMLOCK password. The method includes: obtaining an IMEI number of a mobile terminal; searching for the IMEI number in a database; if the IMEI number is not found, randomly generating a SIMLOCK password so that the SIMLOCK password corresponds to the IMEI number; and sending the SIMLOCK password to the mobile terminal, wherein the database is configured to store the IMEI number and the SIMLOCK password corresponding to the IMEI number. Through the above manner, the present disclosure may improve security of the mobile terminal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a charging control system, which includes: a master device, including a first USB interface and a first charging management circuit; at least one slave device, including a second USB interface and a second charging management circuit; a gating control circuit, which is arranged in the master device or the slave device, wherein an input terminal of the gating control circuit is coupled to the first USB interface and the second USB interface, and an output terminal of the gating control circuit is coupled to the first charging management circuit and the second charging management circuit to select and control a charging USB interface of the first charging management circuit and a charging USB interface of the second charging management circuit. Through the above mentioned way, multiple charging modes of the master device and the slave device may be implemented without software support.
