    Abstract: A positioning system includes a radio frequency (RF) device, a microphone array, and a calculation device. The RF device is configured to transmit an RF signal to an external device for pairing with the external device. The microphone array is configured to receive an audio signal transmitted from the external device after the positioning system is paired with the external device. The calculation device is configured to calculate a direction from the positioning device to the external device based on a time interval of the audio signal received by the microphone array, and configured to calculate a distance between the positioning system and the external device based on the audio signal transmitted by the external device after pairing. The calculation device is configured to position a location of the external device according to the direction and the distance.

    Abstract: An infusion apparatus includes a housing, a door assembly, an infusion tube assembly, a pressing mechanism, and a QTC (Quantum tunnelling composite) pressure sensor. The housing has an opening. The door assembly is connected to the housing and configured to cover the opening. The infusion tube assembly has a first tube located in the housing. The pressing mechanism is disposed in the housing and configured to press the first tube. When the door assembly covers the opening, the QTC pressure sensor is located between the housing and the door assembly and configured to detect a pressing operation of the pressing mechanism to the first tube.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a step counting method and a pedometer based on 3-axis accelerometer. The method of the present invention comprises: collecting a 3-axis acceleration; calculating sum of squares for the 3-axis acceleration to generate a standard acceleration; smoothing the standard acceleration to generate a processed acceleration; acquiring maximum and minimum of all processed acceleration during a period, calculating the difference between the maximum and the minimum, and setting a current time window according to the difference; determining whether there are at least three serial processed accelerations decrease progressively; if yes, confirming the collected time for the first processed acceleration of the at least three serial processed accelerations to be a current step starting time; determining whether a time difference between the two serial current step starting time falls within the current time window, if yes, adding step counting. The present invention can enhance the preciseness of step counting.
