    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display device. The array substrate includes: a sub-pixel, in a display region and including a light-emitting element, the light-emitting element including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode; a positive power line, connected to the first electrode; a positive power bus, connected to the positive power line; two positive power access ends, at a side of the positive power bus away from a display region, and respectively connected to the positive power bus; a negative power line; an auxiliary electrode, respectively connected to the negative power line and the second electrode; four negative power access ends, at the side of the positive power bus away from the display region, and respectively connected to the negative power line; and a negative power auxiliary line, respectively connected to the negative power access end and the auxiliary electrode.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit, driving method for same and display apparatus are provided. The pixel circuit includes a driving sub-circuit, writing sub-circuit, compensation sub-circuit, first reset sub-circuit, first and second emitting control sub-circuits, and emitting element. The compensation sub-circuit writes signal of third node into first node under control of third scanning signal terminal, and compensates first node under control of the third scanning signal terminal and first voltage terminal. The first reset sub-circuit writes signal of first initial signal terminal into third node under control of first scanning signal terminal and first emitting control signal terminal. The second emitting control sub-circuit provides signal of first voltage terminal for second node under control of second emitting control signal terminal. The first emitting control sub-circuit provides signal of third node for fourth node under control of the first emitting control signal terminal, allows driving current to flow between third and fourth nodes.

    Abstract: A displaying region of a displaying backplane is delimited into a first displaying region and a second displaying region, the light transmittance of the first displaying region is less than that of the second displaying region, the displaying backplane has a metal signal line in a trace region, a plurality of sub-pixels located within the first displaying region are connected to a common cathode, and the common cathode is connected to the metal signal line. At least some of the sub-pixels located within the second displaying region are connected to independent cathodes, the independent cathodes are separate from each other, the displaying backplane further includes a first electrically conductive layer, and the independent cathodes are connected to the metal signal line via the first electrically conductive layer. The first electrically conductive layer is a planar electrode, and the orthographic projection of the planar electrode covers the second displaying region.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a display device, a mask plate, and a manufacturing method. The manufacturing method includes forming a pattern structure on a base substrate including a first substrate portion and a second substrate portion adjacent to the first substrate portion, wherein the pattern structure is formed on the first substrate portion; forming a planarization layer on the base substrate, which includes a first planarization layer on the first substrate portion and a second planarization layer on the second substrate portion, wherein a projection of the first planarization layer on the base substrate at least partially covers that of the pattern structure on the base substrate; and removing a part of the first planarization layer to reduce a difference between a height of a surface of the first planarization layer and a height of a surface of the second planarization layer.
