摘要: A scan driving circuit includes a shift register unit and a logic circuit unit. The start of a start pulse of an output signal STp+1 of a p+1'th shift register is situated between the start and end of a start pulse of the output signal STp of a p'th shift register, and one each of a first enable signal through a Q'th enable signal exist in sequence between the start of the start pulse of the output signal STp and the start of the start pulse of the output signal STp+1. The operations of a (p′, q)'th NAND circuit are restricted based on period identifying signals, such that the NAND circuit generates scanning signals based only on a portion of the output signal STp corresponding to the first start pulse, the signal obtained by inverting the output signal STp+1, and the q'th enable signal ENq.

摘要: The present invention has a pixel which includes a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, a first resistor, a second resistor, a first liquid crystal element, and a second liquid crystal element. A pixel electrode of the first liquid crystal element is electrically connected to a signal line through the first switch. The pixel electrode of the first liquid crystal element is electrically connected to a pixel electrode of the second liquid crystal element through the second switch and the first resistor. The pixel electrode of the second liquid crystal element is electrically connected to a Cs line through the third switch and the second resistor. A common electrode of the first liquid crystal element is electrically connected to a common electrode of the second liquid crystal element.

The first color micro LED is disposed in the first opening and has a first vertical projection projected on the substrate. The second color micro LED is disposed in the second opening and has a second vertical projection projected on the substrate. An area of the first vertical projection is different from an area of the second vertical projection.

The display device in one embodiment includes a first substrate with a plurality of pixels, and a second substrate with convex lens, the second substrate facing the first substrate. Each of the plurality of pixels includes a main pixel and a viewing angle control pixel, and an image is displayed on both the main pixel and the viewing angle control pixel in a wide viewing angle mode. Further, an image is displayed on the main pixel, and a black is displayed on the viewing angle control pixel in a narrow viewing angle mode.

Transistors for controlling supply of a light-emission enable signal outputted from an emission driver to emission lines are provided between the emission driver and the emission lines. In such a configuration, based on selection signals provided to the transistors, one of the transistors is brought into an on state in each subframe, and each of the transistors is brought into an on state once during one frame period.
