    Abstract: A thermal treatment and shot peening method for a wheel, including: heating a wheel blank to T1, and preserving the heat for t1; fast heating the wheel blank to T2, and preserving the heat for t2; performing quenching treatment, wherein a quenching medium is at temperature of T3, and the quenching transfer time is t3; performing aging treatment at aging temperature of T4, and preserving the heat for t4; performing first-stage shot peening; and performing second-stage shot peening.

    Abstract: A forging and inclined window hole punching composite die includes an upper die holder, a connection sleeve, an upper die sliding sleeve, a pressure plate, inclined window puncher pins, a center puncher pin, first connection screw rods, first springs, second connection screw rods, second springs, hydraulic assistant systems, a lower die and a bottom plate. Bottom surface of the pressure plate of the composite die is a plane to avoid deformation of a front molding surface. Hydraulic power is added to the inclined window puncher pins to increase the pressure for punching inclined holes, avoid quality problems and increase a demolding force. A multi-split synchronous hydraulic device may well realize synchronization of the plurality of inclined window puncher pins.

    Abstract: A wheel flange plane cleaning device, in which three second cylinders drive respective first pressure blocks to extend to contact the rim of a wheel, then stepped limit rings, second cylinders and first pressure blocks position and clamp the wheel in the centers of end face support plates, the output end of a fourth cylinder drives a lifting plate, a servo motor and a brush plate to extend to the positions where a brush is in firm contact with the flange plane of the wheel, the output end of the servo motor drives the brush and the brush plate to rotate at a certain speed, the servo motor stops rotating after a period of time, and the three second cylinders drive the respective first pressure blocks to contract to the positions where the wheel can be freely pulled up wherein the fourth cylinder is a hydraulic cylinder.

    Abstract: A device for removing burrs from a back cavity of a wheel includes a lower lifting synchronous movement arrangement, an outer ring brush arrangement, an inner ring brush arrangement, a synchronous movement arrangement and an upper lifting drive arrangement. When the device is used, an upper cylinder drives four clamping blocks to clamp the wheel synchronously through an upper guide rail, an upper gear and upper racks; an upper cylinder drives the wheel to rise and separate from a roller bed through upper guide pillars and upper guide sleeves; an upper servo motor drives the clamped wheel to rotate through an upper rotating ring. The present invention can be used for not only polishing the burrs at the back cavity of the wheel, but also accurately adjusting the position of each brush according to the flange size and the back cavity diameter of the wheel.
