摘要: A method and corresponding device for detecting correction information for an antenna for receiving data of a satellite of a satellite navigation system includes the steps of determining first distance information of the antenna relative to a satellite of a satellite navigation system, capturing position information and orientation information of the antenna on the basis of sensor information, determining second distance information of the antenna relative to the satellite on the basis of the position information captured using sensor information, detecting a deviation of the first distance information from the second distance information, determining correction information on the basis of the detected deviation, and storing, in a data memory, the correction information regarding the orientation information captured by the sensor information. The correction information can be used in particular for correcting an angle-dependent phase center offset.

摘要: A communication apparatus for subsequent installation in a vehicle and/or for mobile use, having: a transceiver having an antenna for wireless data transmission, a GNSS receiver having an antenna for receiving signals from a global satellite navigation system, an inertial measurement unit, and a housing enclosing the transceiver, the GNSS receiver and the inertial measurement unit at least in part. The communication apparatus is configured to use data captured by the inertial measurement unit and/or the GNSS receiver to perform motion detection, in order to ascertain a motion pattern, and to perform or prevent a data transmission by the antenna for the purpose of wireless data transmission as a function of the ascertained motion pattern. Furthermore, the a method for execution using such a communication apparatus is disclosed.

摘要: A method for determining the position of a vehicle is disclosed. GNSS signals from a global satellite navigation system are received by a receiving device). A vehicle velocity is detected; and a check is carried out as to whether the detected vehicle velocity falls below or exceeds a threshold value. After the vehicle velocity falls below the threshold value, the position of the vehicle is determined on the basis of a first calculation method. After the vehicle velocity exceeds the threshold value, the position of the vehicle is determined on the basis of a second calculation method. Both calculation methods include filtering the GNSS signals by a fusion algorithm. The calculation methods differing by input variables of the fusion algorithm.

The controller includes a processor which determines a first utilization level of the controller during the motor vehicle's travel mode, and a communication interface which receives program code. The processor further determines a second utilization level of the controller in the motor vehicle's standstill mode. The program code is the basis for performing the controller's new control and/or monitoring function and/or the modified control and/or monitoring function of the controller, and take the first and second utilization levels as basis for deciding to perform the controller's new control and/or monitoring function and/or the controller's modified control and/or monitoring function in the vehicle's travel mode. A corresponding method for operating such a controller is also disclosed.
