    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to signal processing methods and apparatus. One example method includes determining a first sequence {x(n)} based on a preset condition and a sequence {s(n)}, generating a reference signal of a first signal by using the first sequence, and sending the reference signal on a first frequency-domain resource. The preset condition is xn=y(n+M)mod K, where y n = A · e j × π × s n 8 , a length of the first sequence is K=6, n=0, 1, . . . , K−1, A is a non-zero complex number, and j=√{square root over (−1)}. The first signal is a signal modulated by using π/2 binary phase shift keying (BPSK). The first frequency-domain resource comprises K subcarriers each having a subcarrier number of k, k=u+L*n+delta, L is an integer greater than or equal to 2, delta∈{0, 1, . . . , L−1}, u is an integer, and subcarrier numbers of the K subcarriers are numbered in ascending or descending order of frequencies.

    Abstract: This application provides a resource management method, including: receiving, by a terminal device, a plurality of beams sent by a network device; determining, by the terminal device, a correlation of at least two beams in the plurality of beams based on index numbers of the at least two beams; and reporting, by the terminal device, the at least two beams to the network device, where a correlation between any two of the at least two beams meets a requirement of the network device. The method can enable the terminal device to report a beam to the network device based on a correlation requirement of the network device.

    Abstract: In the method, a terminal device may send first indication information on a first uplink resource based on information about a spatial relation parameter, to indicate that a link failure occurs in a ith cell in N second cells. The information about the spatial relation parameter is information about a spatial relation parameter used to send a channel and/or a signal of a first cell, and the first uplink resource is an uplink resource of the first cell. Therefore, the network device does not need to configure a plurality of uplink resources that are associated with a plurality of reference signal resources of a second cell and that are used to indicate that a link failure occurs in the second cell, thereby reducing resource overheads.

    Abstract: This application provides a method which includes: receiving, by a terminal, N reference signal groups, where each of the N reference signal groups includes at least two reference signals that are simultaneously received; and sending indication information used to indicate channel state information of at least one reference signal in each of K reference signal groups. Therefore, the terminal can feed back the channel state information of the reference signal in a scenario in which a plurality of reference signals can be simultaneously received, so that a network device selects a beam from a plurality of beams that can be simultaneously sent to send data.

    Abstract: This application provides an enhanced physical downlink control channel transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: in a physical resource block set, separately arranging first resource groups in each physical resource block pair PRB pair, where the first resource groups are enhanced resource element groups eREGs or REGs, and the physical resource block set includes at least one of the physical resource block pairs; numbering second resource groups according to a correspondence between the first resource groups and the second resource groups in the physical resource block set, where the second resource groups are control channel element eCCE groups or control channel candidates; determining numbers of the second resource groups for transmitting an E-PDCCH; and mapping, according to the determined numbers, the E-PDCCH to the corresponding first resource groups for transmission. The technical solution of this application resolves an E-PDCCH transmission problem.
