Abstract: An uplink transmission and reception method and device in wireless communication system are disclosed. A method by which a terminal performs uplink transmission in a wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: receiving configuration information related to a plurality of sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets; receiving downlink control information (DCI), which indicates at least one from among a first SRS resource set, a second SRS resource set, or the first SRS resource set and the second SRS resource set and includes information indicating at least one SRS resource in the indicated at least one SRS resource set; and performing the uplink transmission on the basis of the indicated at least one SRS resource.

Abstract: A method of transmitting channel state information (CSI) in a wireless communication system includes: receiving, from a base station, configuration information related to CSI; receiving, from the base station, a CSI-reference signal (CSI-RS) on a plurality of CSI-RS resources; and transmitting, to the base station, first CSI based on the configuration information. The plurality of CSI-RS resources corresponding to the configuration information are configured with (i) one or more channel measurement resources (CMRs) configured to be used to derive CSI based on a single CMR and (ii) one or more CMR pairs configured to be used to derive CSI based on a single CMR pair, unless there is a specific configuration by the configuration information, based on the first CSI being CSI derived based on a single CMR, any CMR included in the one or more CMR pairs may be not used to derive the first CSI.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for performing communication in a wireless communication system. A user equipment (UE) receives first satellite ephemeris information related to a first satellite and information related to a first validity duration corresponding to the first satellite from a base station; and restarts a first validity timer, based on second satellite ephemeris information related to the first satellite being received from the base station while the first validity timer having the first validity duration is running. The UE obtains a first TA for the first satellite based on the first satellite ephemeris information before the first validity timer restarts, expires, or stops after starting based on the first validity duration, and the UE obtains a second TA for the first satellite based on the second satellite ephemeris information before the first validity timer expires or stops after restarting based on a second validity duration.
