    Abstract: One disclosure of the present specification provides a method by which a network control node performs communication. The method comprises the steps of: determining whether to request, from a network function (NF), control for a network slice on the basis of a session, which is managed by a network control node, being related to an interworking procedure and on the basis of the network slice being controlled by a provider policy set in the network control node, the network slice being related to the session; transmitting a control request message for the network slice to the NF, on the basis of the determination that the network control node requests control for the network slice; and receiving a response message from the NF, wherein the response message includes information about whether the session is available in the network slice.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for controlling congestion caused by a disaster roaming user and a device supporting same. When a disaster occurs in a first public land mobile network (PLMN) that provides a service in a specific area, a user equipment (UE) performs registration with a second PLMN that provides a service in the specific area, and receives a message from a network in the second PLMN. The message includes: (i) information indicating that the UE is subject to congestion control in the second PLMN on the basis of the application of a disaster condition in the first PLMN; and (ii) timer information related to the congestion control. The UE operates a timer on the basis of the timer information, and performs PLMN selection with respect to a PLMN other than the second PLMN while the timer is running.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for notifying of a disaster situation by a radio access network (RAN) node, and a device supporting same. When the RAN node detects that a problem in an interface between cores networks related to a public land mobile network (PLMN) has occurred, the RAN node stops transmitting a broadcast message currently being transmitted to a user equipment (UE), and transmits a disaster broadcast message to the UE. The disaster broadcast message comprises: (i) information indicating that a disaster condition is applied to a first PLMN; and (ii) information on a second PLMN related to the disaster condition. The disaster condition corresponds to a problem in an interface between the RAN node and a core network related to the first PLMN. The UE adjusts priorities of an PLMN selection on the basis of information included in the disaster broadcast message, and selects the second PLMN according to the adjusted priorities.
