Abstract: According to the present disclosure, a resource selection method, characterized in that, comprising the steps of: sensing, within a sensing window, a Scheduling Assignment (SA) for other User Equipments (UEs), measuring a received power based on the SA, and sensing a received energy of each sub-channel of each subframe; selecting a corresponding resource based on the sensed SA, the received power and the received energy; and transmitting the selected resource to other UEs based on the SA to perform data transmission by the resource.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates beyond 4th-generation (4G) communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). A method for operating a terminal is provided. The method includes detecting, scheduling assignment (SA) of another terminal in a sensing window based on transmission time intervals (TTIs) with different lengths in a resource pool; detecting a receiving power of a scheduled data channel based on the SA and a receiving energy of each sub-channel of each subframe; determining resources for data transmission based on the SA, the receiving power and the receiving energy; and transmitting data on the resources.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a data transmitting method. The method includes that a device detects SA, generates a DMRS sequence and a scrambling code of a data channel for the SA correctly decoded; and performs processing for the data channel scheduled by the SA correctly decoded according to the DMRS sequence and the scrambling code. According to the method of the present disclosure, DMRS sequence randomization and scrambling code randomization of the data channel can be better supported, so as to optimize transmission performance.

By using the present disclosure, transmission probability of uplink signals may be improved, and time delay of uplink synchronization may be shortened.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a V2X communication method and apparatus. The method is applicable for a V2X node and includes: detecting a downlink control channel whose CRC code is scrambled by a V-RNTI relevant to the V2X node; and receiving V2X data information on a corresponding downlink data channel according to an indication of the detected downlink control channel. In the present disclosure, the receiving V2X node is able to receive V2X data information selectively, which avoids useless data receiving and data processing operations of the receiving V2X node, reduces the number of downlink control channels and downlink data channels to be detected and processed by the receiving V2X node.

The present disclosure provides a power allocating method. A User Equipment (UE) receives power control indication information from a control node, obtains a power control mode, and/or, uplink transmission power configuration information. The UE allocates power for each uplink carrier, based on the power control mode, and/or, the uplink transmission power configuration information. By applying the present disclosure, power waste generated in the following scene may be reduced. A scheduled uplink signal cannot be transmitted in a corresponding carrier due to a busy channel. Subsequently, uplink scheduling efficiency of the UE may be improved, and the whole network efficiency may also be enhanced.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provides method for transmitting signals on an Unlicensed Frequency Band (UFB), comprising: performing, by a transmitting node, a first type of Listen Before Talk (LBT) on a direction i; transmitting, by the transmitting node, signals on a direction j after passing the first type of LBT, wherein the direction i is omnidirectional, or one or multiple beam directions corresponding to the direction j. The technical scheme of the present disclosure may be applied to high-frequency-band signal transmission and LBT and avoid interference with other nodes on the UFB.
