    Abstract: The present application provides a power control method in a V2X communication, comprising the following steps of: acquiring, by a UE, power control parameters of a Physical V2X Shared Channel (PVSCH) or a Physical V2X Control Channel (PVCCH) in a V2X communication, the power control parameters comprising a second basic open-loop power, the second basic open-loop power reflecting an interrelationship between different V2X UEs; and, determining, by the UE, a transmission power of the PVSCH or the PVCCH according to the acquired power control parameters. With the present application, the performance of the V2X communication can be improved, and the power consumption of a V2X terminal can be reduced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). The present disclosure provides a power allocating method. A User Equipment (UE) receives power control indication information from a control node, obtains a power control mode, and/or, uplink transmission power configuration information. The UE allocates power for each uplink carrier, based on the power control mode, and/or, the uplink transmission power configuration information. By applying the present disclosure, power waste generated in the following scene may be reduced. A scheduled uplink signal cannot be transmitted in a corresponding carrier due to a busy channel. Subsequently, uplink scheduling efficiency of the UE may be improved, and the whole network efficiency may also be enhanced.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS) in a communication system. A method includes receiving an SRS configuration index among 10 SRS configuration indices for a 2 ms SRS periodicity of a time division duplex (TDD) system; identifying, based on the SRS configuration index, the 2 ms SRS periodicity, an uplink-downlink (UL-DL) subframe configuration that is applied in the TDD system, and at least one offset; and transmitting the SRS on at least one single-carrier frequency division multiple access (SC-FDMA) symbol in a radio frame, based on the UL-DL subframe configuration and the at least one offset. The at least one offset indicates a location of the at least one SC-FDMA symbol on which the SRS is transmitted.

    Abstract: Examples of the present invention provide a method for allocating Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) channel resources supporting transmit diversity and channel selection. The method includes: receiving, by a UE, Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) information and Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) data from a base station through two Carrier Components (CCs); obtaining, by the UE according to specific indication information, Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) channel resources required for transmitting HARQ-ACK feedback information using a transmit diversity technique; and transmitting, by the UE, the HARQ-ACK feedback information on the obtained PUCCH channel resources adopting the transmit diversity technique. According to the method provided by the examples of the present invention, it is possible to allocate HARQ-ACK channel resources to the UE reasonably and avoid waste of channel resources in the premise that channel selection and SORTD technique are supported.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus are provided for HARQ-ACK feedback information transmission in a traffic adaptive TDD system. The method includes receiving, by a User Equipment (UE), a System Information Block (SIB); obtaining, by the UE, a TDD uplink and downlink configuration that is indicated by current system information and does not support traffic adaptive UE, from the SIB; identifying, by the UE, implicit resources of Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) based on the TDD uplink and downlink configuration; obtaining, by the UE, a HARQ-ACK timing that supports a traffic adaptive UE; and transmitting, by the UE, the HARQ-ACK feedback information on determined PUCCH resources using a determined PUCCH format, based on the obtained HARQ-ACK timing.

    Abstract: An uplink control information (UCI) transmitting method is provided. In this method, a user equipment (UE) receives a configuration signaling, determines a candidate physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) set corresponding to an acknowledgement (ACK)/negative acknowledgement (NACK) resource indication (ARI), receives a downlink grant signaling and downlink data corresponding to the downlink grant signaling, generates hybrid automatic repeat request ACK (HARQ-ACK) bits, performs processing for UCI bits including HARQ-ACK, determines the PUCCH used to transmit the UCI bits in the candidate PUCCH set according to an ARI in the downlink grant signaling, and transmits the UCI bits on the determined PUCCH. The present disclosure further provides an aperiodic channel state information (A-CSI) transmitting method. In this method, a UE receives an uplink grant signaling, determines whether an A-CSI report is triggered according to a CSI request field in the uplink grant signaling, determines a CSI process to be updated after determining that the A-CSI report is triggered, and transmits A-CSI on an uplink component carrier (CC) carrying the A-CSI report.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a soft buffer processing method, comprising the steps of: first, receiving, by UE, D2D data and PDSCH data; and then performing soft buffer processing on the D2D data, and performing soft buffer processing on the PDSCH data. The present application further discloses a soft buffer processing apparatus. By the present application, the problem of soft buffer processing required for storing soft bits of D2D data and soft bits of PDSCH data can be solved, so that the link performance is improved.
