Abstract: An exercise machine applicable for strengthening a user's abdominal muscles is described. The exercise machine can include a track frame having a higher end and a lower end. Kneeling assemblies may be mounted on parallel gliding rails of the track frame to receive the knees from a user to make movements up and down between the lower end and the higher end of the track frame. A rotationally adjustable armrest holder may be adjustable rotationally mounted on the upper end of the track frame. The armrest holder can be oriented towards a direction having an angular relationship with an axis of the track frame between the lower end and the higher end. The armrest holder may capable of supporting the arms of the user making the movements with a twisting effect according to the angular relationship.

The machine can include a track frame including a pair of parallel rails to provide gliding support for movement along the parallel rails. Two sliding assembly may be movably mounted on the parallel rails respectively. Each sliding assembly may be configurable to move together or separately along the parallel rails. Abstract: A credit card case mainly has a case body and two self-restoring parts disposed within the case body. The case body is formed with an inlet disposed at one end thereof and has two nicks disposed respectively at the upper and lower ends of the inlet. Each of the two self-restoring parts has a locking point disposed at the end thereof that is near the inlet. By means of such a structure, the credit card can push the locking points toward the side ends of the inlet after being placed into the case body till it is fully contained in the containing space within the case body, and the self-restoring parts can be restored elastically and thus lock the edges of the credit card with the locking points.

Abstract: An oven having a first heat source for heating a first heating bay and a second heat source for heating a second heating bay. The first heat source heats by conduction and may made up of a series of uniformly heated and rotating cylinder upon which a sausage-like food can be placed for heating or cooking.
