Abstract: A power distribution box assembly having a power distribution box, a plurality of wire assemblies, a holder and a plurality of sets of resilient fingers. The power distribution box having a housing, which defines a plurality of terminal cavities, and a plurality of conductive busbars, each of which terminating at a busbar terminal that is received in a corresponding one of the terminal cavities. The wire assemblies are coupled to the busbar terminals and extending from a rear side of the housing. The holder is received in the rear side of the housing and engaged to the housing in a snap-fit manner. The holder has a plurality of wire channels, each of which receiving an associated one of the wires. Each set of resilient fingers has at least one finger that is resiliently coupled to the holder and configured to engage an associated one of the wires.

Abstract: A connector assembly according to the present disclosure includes a connector body, a lock reinforcement, and a secondary lock. The connector body has a plurality of terminal cavities and a plurality of lock projections configured to engage a plurality of terminals to retain the terminals in the terminal cavities. The lock reinforcement is slidable relative to the connector body for engagement with a subset of the lock projections to maintain the lock projections engaged with a first subset of the terminals. The secondary lock is slidable relative to the connector body for engagement with a second subset of the terminals to retain the terminals in the terminal cavities independent from the lock projections. The secondary lock is coupled to the lock reinforcement such that moving one of the lock reinforcement and the secondary lock moves the other one of the lock reinforcement and the secondary lock.

Abstract: A connector assembly can include a first housing, a second housing and a connector position assurance insert. The second housing can be configured to mate with the first housing in a mated configuration such that a first electrical terminal and a second electrical terminal are coupled. The connector position assurance insert can be coupled to the first and second housing in the mated configuration and can include a first flexible lock member at a first end and a second flexible lock member at a second end opposite the first end. Abstract: A fuse device for fitting over and around a corner of a battery housing has a top wall and two side walls extending downward from the top wall. The side walls are joined at a corner. A battery terminal for mechanical and electrical attachment to a battery post is provided in the top wall. Electrical connectors for connection to terminals on the ends of electrical cables are mounted on the side walls of the fuse device. The electrical connectors are linked through the walls to the battery terminal by fuses.
