    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture (e.g., physical storage media) to detect media watermarks in magnetic field data are disclosed herein. Example media monitoring methods disclosed herein include accessing magnetic field data determined by a magnetometer, the magnetic field data associated with a first sampling rate. Disclosed example methods also include transforming magnitude values of the magnetic field data to a frequency domain to determine transformed magnetic field data. Disclosed example methods further include evaluating a portion of the transformed magnetic field data associated with a first frequency to detect a media watermark having a frequency component associated with a second frequency different from the first frequency, the first frequency being aliased relative to the second frequency based on the first sampling rate.

    Abstract: A method of determining an audio delay and a corresponding device are provided. The first audio data and second audio data are obtained. A first sub-fingerprint sequence of the first audio data and a second sub-fingerprint sequence of the second audio data is extracted. The first sub-fingerprint sequence includes at least one first sub-fingerprint and the second sub-fingerprint sequence includes at least one second sub-fingerprint. Processing circuitry determines similarity coefficients corresponding to similarities between the first sub-fingerprint sequence and the second sub-fingerprint sequence. The processing circuitry determines a matching level between the first sub-fingerprint sequence and the second sub-fingerprint sequence according to the similarity coefficients. The processing circuitry determines, according to the matching level, a delay of the second audio data relative to the first audio data. The method and device can improve calculation precision, thereby correspondingly improving a delay compensation effect, and alleviating a dual sound phenomenon.

One of the methods includes receiving, by a playback device, an audio data stream; determining, before the audio data stream is output by the playback device, whether a portion of the audio data stream encodes a particular key phrase by analyzing the portion using an automated speech recognizer; in response to determining that the portion of the audio data stream encodes the particular key phrase, modifying the audio data stream to include an audio watermark; and providing the modified audio data stream for output.

    Abstract: A sonic signal encodes a symbol sequence representing a binary message, for delivery as audio content. The binary message into a sequence of symbols that are each associated with frequency characteristics transmitted over a time period. Two carriers are transmitted at two selected frequencies during each time period, delivering the binary data at a high rate. The symbol sequence is preceded by a prefix which takes the form of a sweeping frequency tone which sweeps over the frequency ranges of the carriers. Further, the amplitudes of the carriers are adjusted so that higher frequency transmissions are transmitted at higher sound pressure levels. Methods for synchronizing to the symbol sequence and decoding the symbol sequence are also described.

The instructions being based at least in part on identifying one or more audio fingerprints that match the generated waveform fingerprint and correlating one or more of the identified audio fingerprints to a physical environment of the computing system.     Abstract: A method and apparatus for multilingual film and audio dubbing are disclosed. In one embodiment, the method includes dividing an audio file into audio segments, wherein the audio file corresponds to a video file and the audio segments have predetermined time lengths. The method also includes generating fingerprint codes for the audio segments, wherein a fingerprint code is generated for an audio segment and the fingerprint code contains an identity of the video file, a first frequency peak of the audio segment, a time position of the first frequency peak of the audio segment, a second frequency peak of the audio segment, and a time interval between the first frequency peak and the second frequency peak of the audio segment. The method further includes storing the fingerprint codes for the audio segments in a fingerprint codes database.
