Abstract: Disclosed are a current measurement method for a three-phase pulse width modulation inverter using a real-time switch junction temperature estimation technique, and a three-phase pulse width modulation inverter system. The current measurement method may comprise the steps of: calculating a power loss of a switch of an inverter; estimating the junction temperature (T j) of the switch by using a thermal equivalent circuit; estimating a resistance (R ds on) value between both ends of a drain and a source by using a resistance (R ds on) map based on the junction temperature (T j); and using, as a control signal of the inverter, a current value calculated based on the estimated resistance (R ds on) value.

Abstract: A method for detecting an initial position of a rotor of a permanent magnet synchronous motor in a no-load environment can comprise the steps of: estimating a temporary initial position α′ by means of aligning a d axis; measuring a first voltage command which is output by performing velocity control within predetermined velocity ranges with respect to the forward direction of a motor on the basis of the temporary initial position α′; measuring a second voltage command which is output by performing velocity control within the predetermined velocity range with respect to the reverse direction of the motor on the basis of the temporary initial position α′; calculating respective variations of the first voltage command and second voltage command, and calculating a compensation angle α″; and calculating an initial position α of the rotor on the basis of the sum of the temporary initial position α′ and compensation angle α″.

Abstract: A method for preventing side-channel attack according to an embodiment includes generating an order table which includes a position index value for each bit value of a bit string that is secret information to be generated through a decryption algorithm of an Nth Degree Truncated Polynomial Ring Units (NTRU) LPRime algorithm, shuffling a sort order of the position index value for the each bit value in the order table based on a random number, determining a generation order for the each bit value according to the sort order of the position index value for the each bit value in the order table, and generating the secret information through the decryption algorithm. The secret information is generated by generating the each bit value according to the determined generation order.
