    Abstract: A device for guiding a surgical instrument at a surgical site, comprising: at least one guide channel sized and fitted to slidingly accommodate a surgical instrument, said guide channel defining a guide longitudinal axis; and at least one guide support leg coupled to said guide and defining a support leg longitudinal axis, wherein an angle (a) of said guide longitudinal axis in respect to a surface of a surgical site is defined by at least one of (i) a length (L) of said support leg, and (ii) an angle (β) between said guide longitudinal axis and said support leg longitudinal axis.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for determining sleep quality parameters according to audio analyses, comprising: obtaining an audio recorded signal comprising sleep sounds of a subject; segmenting the signal into epochs; generating a feature vector for each epoch, wherein each of said feature vectors comprises one or more feature parameters that are associated with a particular characteristic of the signal and that are calculated according to the epoch signal or according to a signal generated from the epoch signal; inputting the generated feature vectors into a machine learning classifier and applying a preformed classifying model on the feature vectors that outputs a probabilities vector for each epoch, wherein each of the probabilities vectors comprises the probabilities of the epoch being each of the sleep quality parameters; inputting the probabilities vectors for each epoch into a machine learning time series model and applying a preformed sleep quality time series pattern function on said probabilities vectors that outputs an enhanced probabilities vector for each epoch; determining a final sleep quality parameter for each epoch by calculating the most probable sleep quality parameters sequence.

    Abstract: A method for three-dimensional interactive segmentation, including: receiving a three-dimensional medical image of an interior volume of a patient's body; automatically performing three dimensional segmentation on the three dimensional medical image to detect and define a region of interest, wherein the performing of the three dimensional segmentation comprises automatically determining a boundary defining the region of interest; receiving from a user spatial information indicating one or more regions of disagreement in the three-dimensional medical image with respect to the determined boundary; and updating the three dimensional segmentation of the three dimensional medical image based on the spatial information received from the user, wherein the updating comprises updating the determined boundary based on the spatial information to redefine the area of interest.
