Abstract:
A method for storing large amounts of data on a wireless device, said method comprising the steps of placing a wireless device on a wireless transmission unit; initializing the wireless device for transmission of data; authenticating the wireless device with an associated account or profile; verifying the storage capacity of the wireless device; determining what wireless standard is implemented by the device; and transmitting data to the wireless device; whereby the transmitted information may be later viewed and or accessed locally from the wireless device.
Abstract:
The present invention proposes a system for facilitating transmission of software files from the originating node to at least one target node by short range wireless communication link. The system comprises plurality of nodes, a bridge, an originating node and a target node wherein each node is enabled to trans-receive the data using short range communication link.
Abstract:
An activity monitoring system comprising a plurality of wireless units wherein a first wireless unit comprises a wireless transceiver to broadcast at least one timing signal; a second wireless unit comprises: a wireless transceiver to receive at least one signal; a monitoring device that generates monitoring data; a memory to store the monitoring data; a processor to synchronize a time with the corresponding monitoring data; and wherein the second wireless unit: processes the received timing signal from the first wireless unit; synchronizes the monitoring data with the timing signal resulting in a time-synchronized data stream.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a process for the therapeutic management of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome in humans comprising the oral administration of Bacillus coagulans SBC37-01, MTCC 5856 (containing not less than 2 billion spores) along with standard treatment of care in a specific manner.
Abstract:
A source network address and port translation (NAPT) mechanism is described that reduces or eliminates the need to log any NAT translations. As described herein, a mapping between a subscriber's private address to a public address and port range is determined algorithmically. Given a particular mapping rule, as specified by the service provider, a subscriber is repeatedly and deterministically mapped to the same public network address and a specific port range for that network address. Once the public address and port range for a subscriber are computed, the particular ports for each session for that subscriber are allocated dynamically within the computed NAT port range on per session basis.
Abstract:
The present invention provides Immunosuppressive compounds capable of inhibiting the programmed cell death 1 (PD1) signalling pathway. The present invention further provides peptide based compositions for treatment of cancer or treatment of infections via immunopotentiation caused by inhibition of immunosuppressive signalling induced by PD-1, PD-L1, or PD-L2 and therapies using them, immunopotentiative substrates included as the active ingredient. Further, the invention provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the Immunosuppressive peptide compounds or modified peptide moieties for preventive and/or therapeutic agents for cancer, cancer metastasis, immunodeficiency, an infectious disease or the like and an application of PD-1 or PD-L1 as a testing or diagnostic agent or a research agent for such a disease.
Abstract:
In one aspect, a distributed coherent transmission system enables transmissions from separate wireless transmitters with independent frequency or clock references to emulate a system where all the transmitters share a common frequency or clock reference. Differences in frequency and/or phase between transmitters are addressed by suitably precoding signals before modulation at one or more of the transmitters based on a synchronizing transmission from one of the transmitters (e.g., a master transmitter) received at a corresponding receiver sharing the frequency or clock reference with each of the one or more transmitters. Such a distributed coherent transmission system can allow N single-antenna transmitters with independent frequency or clock references to emulate a single N-antenna Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) transmitter, or implement schemes such as distributed superposition coding or lattice codes that require coherence across separate transmitters.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method, system, and program for providing access to spatial data. A request for data is received. Enterprise and third party data are integrated. The integrated data is processed. Spatially referenced results are generated using the processed data. The spatially referenced results are returned in response to the request.
