    Abstract: This application provides a reference signal transmission method. The method includes: A transmit end determines a time-frequency resource occupied by a reference signal, where the time-frequency resource includes M symbols in time domain and N subcarriers corresponding to each of the M symbols in frequency domain, M is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and N is an integer greater than 1; the transmit end generates a reference signal sequence with a length of M×N, and maps the reference signal sequence to the time-frequency resource for sending; and accordingly, a receive end receives the reference signal on the time-frequency resource.

    Abstract: A sequence-based signal processing method and apparatus are provided. A sequence meeting a requirement for sending a signal by using a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) is determined. The sequence is a sequence {fn} consisting of 12 elements, fn represents an element in the sequence {fn}, and the determined sequence {fn} is a sequence meeting a preset condition. Then, the 12 elements in the sequence {fn} are respectively mapped to 12 subcarriers, to generate a first signal, and the first signal is sent. By using the determined sequence, when the signal is sent by using the PUCCH, a low correlation between sequences can be maintained, and a relatively small peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) value and a relatively small cubic metric (CM) value can be maintained. Therefore, a requirement of a communication application environment in which the signal is sent by using the PUCCH is met.

    Abstract: A candidate control channel resource determining method and apparatus are provided. Under the method, a first and a second aggregation level can be determined by a terminal. The aggregation level is a quantity of control channel resource elements in a candidate control channel. The first aggregation level is less than the second aggregation level. Control channel resource elements in a candidate control channel set corresponding to the second aggregation level form a first quantity of candidate control channel sets corresponding to the first aggregation level. One of the first quantity of candidate control channel sets corresponding to the first aggregation level can be determined as a target set based on an identifier of the terminal. A control channel resource element occupied by each candidate control channel in the target set can be determined. A candidate control channel in the target set can be detected for a received signal.

    Abstract: This application relates to the mobile communications field, and in particular, to a data sending method in a wireless communications system. A first device generates a signal before DFT transform is performed including 2×M signal elements. The 2×M signal elements include elements in two element groups A and B, the elements in the two element groups respectively meet same-number repetition and inverse-number repetition characteristics, and the 2×M signal elements further include another element group C that does not need to meet the same-number repetition/inverse-number repetition characteristics. The element in the element group A and an element in the element group C are multiplexed before DFT, and there is an interval, so that the element group A is not interfered by the element group B or the element group C.
