The present invention relates to a video decoding apparatus and method for decoding a multi-view video, and the method for decoding a video, according to the present invention, is the video decoding method for decoding a multi-view video, comprising the steps of: inducing video information required for decoding a current block by entropy-decoding a bitstream; inducing a first disparity vector based on a neighboring block of the current block in the same view by using the video information, inducing a second disparity vector by using the first disparity vector and a reference view depth, and inducing a third disparity vector using the difference between the first disparity vector and the second disparity vector; inducing a prediction sample of the current block by using one of the first disparity vector, the second disparity vector, or the third disparity vector; and applying filtering to a current picture which has been restored using the prediction sample.

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for coding a multi-view video, and a decoding apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an entropy-decoding unit for entropy-decoding a bitstream and decoding information related to residual prediction by referencing neighboring blocks of a current block; a memory for saving pictures referenced when decoding the current block; a prediction unit for inducing a prediction sample of the current block, based on the difference between sample values of a first block and a second block corresponding to the current block, from among the pictures saved to the memory, by using the residual-related information; and a filtering unit for applying filtering to a current picture restored by using the prediction sample.

A video signal processing method according to the present invention comprises: obtaining a depth prediction value of a current block; recovering a depth residual per sample of the current block according to an SDC mode indicator; and recovering a depth value of the current block using the depth prediction value and the recovered depth residual. The present invention adaptively uses an SDC mode according to an SDC mode indicator and further uses an SDC mode and/or depth lookup table, thereby increasing encoding efficiency for depth data.

The image decoding method includes obtaining intra prediction mode information of a current block from a bitstream, determining an intra prediction mode of the current block based on the intra prediction mode information and an intra prediction mode of a neighboring block located around the current block, deriving a value of a first filter flag for use of filtering of an intra prediction reference sample of the current block based on coding parameters for the current block, selecting an interpolation filter to be used for intra prediction of the current block based on the first filter flag, and generating an intra prediction block of the current block using the selected interpolation filter.

According to embodiments of the present document, an intra-prediction mode candidate list of a current block can be constructed by means of a process of constructing a common intra-prediction mode list with respect to intra-prediction types. Therefore, the dependency of the intra-prediction types in the process of constructing the intra-prediction mode list is reduced, and thus the coding efficiency of an intra-prediction can be enhanced.

An image decoding method performed by an image decoding apparatus may include determining a chroma array type of a current image, determining an adaptive loop filter (ALF) indicator of a chroma component based on the chroma array type, and performing ALF filtering with respect to a reconstructed image based on a value of the ALF indicator. The value of the ALF indicator may be determined to be a predetermined value without being obtained from a bitstream, based on the chroma array type being a predetermined type, and the value of the ALF indicator may be obtained from the bitstream, based on the chroma array type being not the predetermined type.
