    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a central unit (CU) may receive, from a distributed unit (DU), a first DU configuration. The CU may transmit to the DU, a second DU configuration to change a DU configuration from the first DU configuration to the second DU configuration, the first DU configuration being different from the second DU configuration. The DU may override the first DU configuration to communicate in accordance with the second DU configuration. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Method and apparatus for signaling enabling a state transition of a transmission mode. The apparatus measures at least one reference signal from a serving TRP to determine a link quality between the UE and the serving TRP. The apparatus transmits feedback including a state transition indication if the link quality between the UE and the serving TRP falls below a threshold. The feedback enables a state transition of a transmission mode.

    Abstract: In some aspects, a node may configure whether a set of soft time resources is to be conditionally released or unconditionally released. The set of soft time resources may be configurable in a schedulable state or a non-schedulable state. The set of soft time resources may be schedulable subject to at most a directionality constraint when unconditionally released and, when conditionally released, being schedulable subject to: the directionality constraint and one or more conditions other than the directionality constraint if the set of soft resources is configured subject to the directionality constraint, or at least one of the directionality constraint or the one or more conditions other than the directionality constraint if the set of soft resources is not configured subject to the directionality constraint. The node may transmit a configuration that indicates whether the set of soft time resources is conditionally released or unconditionally released in the schedulable state.

    Abstract: A user equipment may be configured to perform predictive methods for SSB beam measurements. In some aspects, the user equipment may receive, from at least a base station, a first set of one or more synchronization signal block beam identifiers corresponding to a first set of one or more SSB beams belonging to a SSB burst, and receive, from at least the base station, the SSB burst including the first set of one or more SSB beams. Further, the user equipment may transmit, to at least the base station, one or more of: reporting information for a second set of one or more SSB beams or indications corresponding to the second set of one or more SSB beams, the second set of one or more SSB beams determined based on a prediction model and the first set of one or more SSB beams.
