摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media for a user equipment (UE), which may include a reduced capability (RedCap) UE, and a supporting cell. The UE may receive a synchronization signal block (SSB). The UE may receive a configuration of an active downlink bandwidth part (BWP) that is not configured with a SSB. The UE may tune, from the active downlink BWP to a different frequency for a layer 1 (L1) measurement gap defined by a L1 measurement gap configuration. The UE may perform a L1 measurement of the SSB on the different frequency during the L1 measurement gap. The UE may be a RedCap UE, the active BWP may be for RedCap UEs, and the SSB may define an initial BWP for the RedCap UEs and non-RedCap UEs, and the different frequency may be the initial BWP.

The UE switches, after the initial access, to an active downlink BWP and an active uplink BWP that are dedicated for the UEs having the first capability to perform random access, paging, system acquisition, measurement and data communication procedures.

摘要: In some aspects, a node may configure whether a set of soft time resources is to be conditionally released or unconditionally released. The set of soft time resources may be configurable in a schedulable state or a non-schedulable state. The set of soft time resources may be schedulable subject to at most a directionality constraint when unconditionally released and, when conditionally released, being schedulable subject to: the directionality constraint and one or more conditions other than the directionality constraint if the set of soft resources is configured subject to the directionality constraint, or at least one of the directionality constraint or the one or more conditions other than the directionality constraint if the set of soft resources is not configured subject to the directionality constraint. The node may transmit a configuration that indicates whether the set of soft time resources is conditionally released or unconditionally released in the schedulable state.
